Happy reading....
Anshul led Aarushi through the entrance of his family home, his grip firm yet gentle on her hand. His parents, Rajeev and Sakshi Sehgal, were seated in the living room, engrossed in conversation. The sight of Anshul and Aarushi, covered in vibrant colors, brought their discussions to an abrupt halt.
Rajeev’s eyes widened in surprise as he took in the scene.
“Anshul, who is this?” he asked, his voice a mix of curiosity and concern.
Sakshi, on the other hand, looked closer and recognition dawned on her face.
“Aarushi,” she whispered, remembering the girl who had saved her that morning.
“You’re the girl who helped me.”
Anshul nodded, his gaze steady as he met his parents’ eyes. “Yes, this is Aarushi,” he confirmed. “And I love her. I want to marry her.”
The room fell silent, the weight of his words hanging in the air. Aarushi stood behind Anshul, her eyes cast downwards, feeling the intensity of the moment.
Rajeev was the first to break the silence.
“Anshul, we didn’t know you had someone special in your life. But seeing you like this, so determined and sure, I believe you’ve made the right choice.” His voice was filled with a mix of pride and emotion.
Sakshi stood up and walked over to Aarushi, taking her hand gently.
“Aarushi, you saved my life today. You showed incredible courage. If my son loves you, and you love him, then you are more than welcome in this family.” Her eyes glistened with unshed tears as she smiled warmly.
Aarushi looked up, her eyes meeting Sakshi’s, and she felt a wave of relief and gratitude wash over her.
"Thank you." she said softly, her voice trembling with emotion.
Anshul’s grip on her hand tightened slightly, a silent reassurance.
“Mom, Dad, Aarushi has faced so much injustice and cruelty. She deserves to be loved and cherished, and I want to be the one to give her that life.”
Rajeev walked over and placed a hand on Anshul’s shoulder. “Son, we raised you to stand up for what is right, and today you’ve made us proud. Aarushi, welcome to our family. We will always support you both.”
Aarushi’s eyes filled with tears as she looked at Anshul, who smiled at her, his eyes reflecting the love and promise of a new beginning. Sakshi pulled Aarushi into a warm embrace, whispering, “You’re home now, dear. We’re so happy to have you with us.”
The moment was filled with emotion, a blend of relief, happiness, and hope for the future. Anshul’s decision to bring Aarushi into his family was not just a personal choice but a statement against societal injustices, showing that love and compassion can triumph over prejudice and cruelty. The Sehgals stood united, ready to support Aarushi and Anshul in their journey ahead, proud of the strength and love that had brought them together.

That night, Anshul stood outside a bedroom door, nervously shifting from foot to foot. Inside, his mother, Sakshi, was helping Aarushi dress up. He could hear their soft laughter and murmured conversation through the closed door.
He knocked gently. "Mom? Aarushi? Is everything okay in there?"
Sakshi's voice came back, teasing, "Who’s that impatient young man outside the door? Is it my son who can’t wait to see his Aarushi?"
Anshul chuckled, though his heart was pounding. "Yes, Mom, it's me. How much longer will you be?"
His Aarushi!
