Chapter 14

It had been many moons since Cursedviolet and her kits had moved to SkyClan,despite her doubts she found herself enjoying being at SkyClan, they never judged and instead welcomed them. Recently, Cougarpaw- now Cougarsight -had earned his full name as a medicine cat . Rosebreeze on the other hand kept to herself, Cursedviolet couldn't help but notice some scratches on her daughter's body everyday, she never had them before she slept.
   Cursedviolet was with Monarchstar at his den.Their tails were wrapped together while the SkyClan leader slept. Cursedviolet didn't however,she was worried for Rosebreeze. 
Pawsteps thundered on the ground, coming running towards them. It was Battail

" Monarchstar! Monarchstar! We're under attack - " before Battail could finish something leaped at him and aimed for his throat. The SkyClan warrior struggled to fight his attacker but to no avail. With a final bite on Battail's neck, the warrior lay still.
Monarchstar was immediately at his paws.
  What was happening?
Cursedviolet could see her mate's fur bristling as he let out a hiss. She poked her head out of the den only to see more cats surrounding the camp. Some looked- oddly familiar- Alderbranch who had heard Battail's call let out a yowl

" We're under attack!" The redish warrior yowled, at that all of the Clan poked out their heads. Juniperfrost raced to Monarchstar's side, his eyes widen

" Troutwish? No it can't be." Juniperfrost muttered. Monarchstar padded foward until practically he was standing in the middle of camp.

" What do you want, Troutwish. Didn't cause enough?" Monarchstar demanded

" No, I won't rest until this Clan is gone!" Troutwish,a pale gray warrior spat, he seemed odd however, a huge gash was at his chest. There is no way that a cat could have such wound and live. Unless.
They're dead.

" You already killed Lakestar and Ravenstem!" Juniperfrost spat,his fur bristling
" They were my only kin! "

" You were always a weakling, Juniperfrost. No wonder, why your sister protected you that much. She knew her littermate was weak." Troutwish spat,a smug expression on his face. While Juniperfrost was talking with Troutwish Monarchstar summoned Ferretstalk

" Alert each Clan. We need cats to keep us updated. Ferretstalk, you will deliver news from SkyClan. Make sure Sparkstar, Willowstar, Leopardstar and Oceanstar know. " Monarchstar ordered, Ferretstalk nodded and broke into a run.

" I heard enough! Finish them off!" Troutwish ordered.

' Cursedviolet,go with Ferretstalk! " Monarchstar told her before Troutwish leaped on him. Both warriors rolled over away from Cursedviolet's sight. She backed away and ran, following Ferretstalk's scent.

After awhile of running she bumped into a couple of cats
" It's bad, cats have attacked RiverClan!" Hopheart, a RiverClan warrior exclaimed
" Oceanstar asked me to warn the clans."

" ShadowClan's under attack too. Yarrowshade send me. They killed Leopardstar!" Robinsneeze panted
" Yarrowshade's doing the best he can to keep the Clan together."

" ThunderClan too. They came when we least expected it.  Luckily no one was killed." Cloudscent said

" Things aren't better in WindClan either." Tulipsong mewed

" Same goes with SkyClan." Cursedviolet sighed heavily. She shouldn't of listened to Monarchstar,she should of stayed back and help . She shook her head,no way,she was going to stay and do nothing.
