"So...how was your first anger management class?" I asked Skye. We were roaming the halls since it was lunch time.

"It was straight, my auntie my instructor too I ain't seen her in a long ass time." He said.

"Really? That's good then." I said.

"I would've told you all about it last night but I was knocked out. That shit had me tired as fuck getting out school then three hours later going to that class." He said.

"Yeah I figured you were sleeping." I said.

"They were lowkey pissing me off though, it's this one white nigga in there, he all up in my business and shit questioning me like he know me. This other crazy ass girl was all up in my business too." He complained.

"Why you call her crazy?" I chuckled.

"Cause she is, the hell. She act like that spanish girl in that madea movie when she was in jail." He said.

"Omg you so wrong for that." I tried not to laugh.

"I'm so for real, She was clenching onto a teddy bear the whole time. It was a hello kitty stuffed animal." He said.

"I wish I was there." I said.

"No you don't, they got issues for real Reignbow." he said.

"And what do you have?" I looked at him.

"Ight you pushing it." He stopped walking.

"We need to go in the library before we get caught in the hallways." I said.

"So, 'ion give a fuck." He shrugged.

"Well I do, so you need to c'mon. You need to work on your art project anyways." I said.

"Fuck that too." He said.

"Skye don't be like that. We already talked about this, you could possibly win and get into an art program and get paid for having your stuff placed inside an art museum, you wouldn't like that?" I asked as we continued walking to the library.

"I would, i'm not gone lie like it's not some shit i'm into cause I am, this just the first time i'm drawing and painting something that got a deadline and it's important. Not saying the lil paintings and shit I do for and wit' you not important but you get what i'm tryna say."

"Well maybe you're just nervous." I shrugged.

"It ain't a maybe, I know I am." He opened the library door for me and I led the way to the computers. "I don't know what to draw or paint." We sat down.

"I'll help you, we can look up some stuff."

"Hollon' i'm finna get the prompt sheet out." He opened his backpack and took out his binder, getting the sheet out of the pocket.

"It say I gotta depict struggle and light wit' the five elements of art." He said.

"So....what you think you should look up?" I stared at him and he just stared at me back before turning to the computer not needing to look at the keyboard to type up what he wanted to see.
