Celine: "How long do I have to stay in these handcuffs?" I asked, frustration evident in my voice. "If someone see us, they might think I'm your prisoner, Theo."
Theo: He glanced at me, his expression unreadable. "That might be true then," he said, a hint of amusement in his voice. "You are in my hands now."
Celine: My mind raced with possibilities, each one more terrifying than the last. "Are you going to hand me over to large kingdom for money? Or are you planning to make me your slave in-sake of family revenge?"
He kept coming forward, his eyes locked onto mine. "Why do you think I saved you?" he asked, his voice low and intense. I could feel the heat radiating from his body as he closed the distance between us.
With a sudden burst of adrenaline, I pushed him down onto the meadows, using my body weight to lock his leg. In one swift motion, I grabbed his sword and pointed it at his chest. He didn't even flinch, his eyelashes remaining still as if daring me to make a move.
Theo: "You're strong, Celine," he said, almost admiringly. "But you need to be smarter."
"You can't fight me," he continued, his voice a dangerous murmur. "But that doesn't mean you should stop trying.""
It feels nostalgic," he murmured, a wistful look in his eyes. "You did the same thing the day we met."
Celine: "Stay back," I warned, trying to keep my voice steady. But he only smiled, a slow, confident curve of his lips. With a powerful push, he shoved me back and lifted my handcuffed hands like I weighed nothing. Leaning in close, his breath hot against my ear, he whispered and smiled soflty, "Until I get the sword."
My heart raced, the nearness of him sending a shiver down my spine. His grip on the handcuffs was unyielding, and the intensity in his eyes was both terrifying and thrilling. I could feel his strength, the raw power that made it clear he could overpower me at any moment
Theo: I am surprised no one has ever even rise their voice against me Celine
Celine: He finally released my hands , He smiled softly, a rare and unexpected expression that took me by surprise.
"You look good when you smile," I said, the words slipping out before I could stop them.
Theo: His smile widened, a spark of warmth in his usually cold eyes. "Only when I smile?"
Celine: I felt a blush creeping up my cheeks, and I looked away to hide it, I don't want to admit his broad shoulders, sharp jaw, and dark hair make him look impossibly attractive, almost like a hero from one of the old tales
Theo: He chuckled, a deep, rich sound that sent shivers down my spine. "You're going to be silent then? People used to say I don't know how to smile."
Celine: "Maybe they just didn't give you a reason to," I said softly. I looked back at him, our eyes locking in the firelight. There was something charming about his smile, something that made me feel a warmth I hadn't expected.
Theo: His expression grew more serious, and he reached out to gently lift my chin, making me meet his gaze. "You've given me a reason," he said, his voice low and earnest. "But I can't afford to let our guard down
Celine: I nodded, feeling a mix of emotions swirling inside me. "I understand," I replied, my voice steady. "Thank you," I whispered, my voice barely audible over the crackling fire. "For everything."
Theo: He looked at me, his eyes dark and unreadable. "You don't need to thank me," he replied, his voice rough.
Celine: The firelight cast a warm glow on his face, highlighting the strong lines of his jaw and the intensity of his eyes. I felt a strange, magnetic pull towards him, a desire that was as frightening as it was exhilarating.
Theo: He reached out, his hand gently adjusting a strand of hair from my face. The touch was electric, sending a shiver down my spine. "Celine," he murmured, his voice softer than I'd ever heard it. "I need you to trust me."
Celine: My breath caught in my throat as I looked into his eyes, seeing the vulnerability hidden beneath the surface. "I do," I whispered back, feeling a connection that went beyond words, his lips were too close to mine I can feel every breathe he take in and out.
Theo: I pulled her back slightly "We should stop," I whispered.
Celine: his breath warm against my skin, I nodded, but the fire in his eyes told me that this was far from over. "I know," I replied, my voice trembling with a mixture of desire and uncertainty.
Theo: I promise I will tell you everything when the time is right and when you are completely safe
