Ser Benfrey is the son of Walder Frey and Bethany Rosby, born in or between 271-279 AC.
Ser Benfrey married Jyanna Frey, together they had two children Della Frey and Osmund Frey.
Recent Events: When Lord Edmure Tully arrives at the Twins for his wedding, Benfrey is ordered by Lord Walder Frey to lead his sister Roslin into the hall. During the Red Wedding, Benfrey grabs Dacey Mormont by the arm, but she smashes a flagon of wine in his face and wrenches free. Benfrey dies of a wound he receives at the wedding.
