"allison!"

"dad!"

"allison!"

a worrisome scream escaped the younger argent as her feet scurries out the elevator, her light brown hair swinging to the left as she looked around for her father or sister, the girl saw no sign of either, her then turning back to isaac, her knees falling on the ground, next to the lying isaac lahey, addison's hands touching his forehead, her then wincing with a shocked expression, hand flinching of the cold sensation.

"what got you..." allison lost trail of thought as she saw her worrisome sister kneeling next to isaac.

allison rushed forward, her hand touching his shoulder, her eyes widening at addison.

"he's so-." allison was saying in horror.

"cold, i know." addison interjects.

allison then noticed her father appearing around them, her eyes showing worry. "d-dad! he's so cold!"

"he has to turn, come on, isaac." argent rested his self next to him.

"dad!" allison shouts in horror as she saw him twisting isaac's arm an unnatural way.

"turn, isaac! come on, turn!" argent raised his voice.

isaac reached forward, eyes glowing a gold color, roaring loudly.

"isaac..." addison whispers.

isaac stares at her alarmed. "did you–––did you see them?"

allison looks at addison, who looks back at her, argent looking at both of his daughters, who looked at him.

"who?" allison confusingly asks.

isaac lets out a shaky breath. "there were five of them, they wore black...i could...i couldn't see their faces, they were covered."

"you mean, like masks?" allison whispers.

"one of them---their eyes were green and a little yellow, like a firefly..." isaac gulps, him standing up.

argent had a calm look in his face but was confused. "security system wasn't triggered."

"then how'd they get in?" allison asks in worry.

"they didn't, i saw them disappearing from the shadows..." isaac trails off.

"okay, not a word of this to anyone, okay? the three of you." argent warns.

"until when?" addison asks.

"twenty four hours." argent says.

allison sighs out. "twenty four hours..."

addison then guided isaac inside the apartment, seeing as he was already here, unknown to whatever reason.

the next morning, at the argent's apartment, addison argent had stood in a room with isaac lahey, remembering of last night's events.

"...firefly." addison whispers.

isaac blinks at her confusingly. "excuse me?"

"didn't you say one of these men had eyes that glowed like a firefly?" addison remembers.

isaac uncomfortably looks at her. "yeah..."

"and, remember...lydia had said she's been hearing the sounds of flies all day? what if these things were brought by fireflies?" addison investigated.
