You walked inside the dorm room the school had assigned to you, processing everything.
The walls feel like they're closing in, the oppressive weight of your situation bearing down on you. You collapse into the chair near the desk, your breathing ragged and uneven.
The reality of it all crashes over you in waves. You've been torn from your world, thrust into this strange, dangerous place where curses and jujutsu sorcerers are real.
The pressure to master your cursed energy, to fight monsters you barely understand, is too much to bear.
Tears blur your vision as you bury your face in your hands. "Why me?" you whisper, your voice cracking. "Why did this have to happen to me?"
You think of the life you left behind, the friends and family who must be wondering where you are. The weight of the unknown, the fear of never seeing them again, is crushing.
You've always prided yourself on being calm and composed, but now you feel like you're drowning in a sea of emotions you can't control.
The door creaks open, and you look up to see Gojo standing there, his expression unusually serious. "Hey," he says softly, stepping into the room. "I heard you were in here."
You try to compose yourself, wiping away your tears, but it's no use. The dam has broken, and you can't stop the flood of emotions.
Fuck.
You don't even normally cry, but now you were in front of a fucking character. It was honestly laughable.
"Can you leave me alone," you choke out. "I just want to be alone."
Gojo walks over and kneels beside you, his usual playful demeanor replaced by genuine concern. "Are you sure? You have processed a lot of things today." he says gently.
You shake your head, frustration and despair mixing in your chest. "I just... I can't deal with this right now. I need to be alone."
Gojo's eyes reflect a mixture of understanding and reluctance. "I get it, I get it, you need space to process everything. But don't shut us out completely, okay? We're here to help."
You take a shaky breath, feeling a fresh wave of tears threaten to spill. "Just go, please."
He hesitates for a moment, then stands up. "Alright," he says softly. "But if you need anything, anything at all, I'm in the dorm 2 rooms down."
As he walks to the door, the room feels even more silent and oppressive. Just before he steps out, he turns back, his expression serious. "Remember, you don't have to carry this burden alone."
The door closes softly behind him, and the silence envelops you. Alone at last, you let yourself sink deeper into the chair, the weight of the situation pressing down on you.
