y/n applies to JYPE to be an idol. When they are accepted, they debut with a group called MIXUP filled with boys and girls.
MIXUP is invited to an event full of other kpop idols. While there, they see Bang Chan of Stray Kids.

The next few weeks were hectic as I finished my first solo album. There were 6 songs total and working alone was harder than ever. Normally, I had 4 other people to help out so it went much smoother. This time it was just me so it was taking some time to finish. However, 3Racha helped a lot with producing and I even planned to collab with one of the Stray Kids members. It was still undecided which one but there was one that I had only dreamed of collabing with which was Seungmin. I had loved his vocals and his tone.
Right before recording, me and Chan had talked about becoming official. We sat down outside on a bench as he took my hand in his. "How about we tell everyone about us? Only if you're comfortable."
"I don't know. They didn't seem to like me before." He tilted my head up with his fingers under my chin.
"We won't if you're not ready. They probably won't like it at first. They'll hate me and you, but eventually they'll get over it. They'll get used to it." He smiled and kissed me. "We'll wait."
I was hesitant, I wanted to do this but I received tons of hate last time for it. I pondered on it for a while until finally I agreed. "You know what, let's do it. They're not always going to be happy about this even if we do wait. Plus it doesn't matter if they like me or not because you do and that's enough for me." I smiled.
"Then it's settled mrs/mr.Bahng." He giggled as I scolded him.
"Really? Mrs/Mr.Bahng?" I laughed.
"Y/n Bahng. It sounds nice, right?" His face was all shades of red.
"If you weren't so cute, I'd scold you for real." I kissed his cheek, standing up. "Let's go Mr.Bahng." He stood up next to me.
It was finally decided that we would be an official couple. After a few hours of consultation with JYP and the other members of Stray Kids, it was settled and the announcement was posted.
This is JYP from JYPE. We announce that the soloist Y/n and Bang Chan a member of Stray kids have been dating for sometime now. They want to officially announce this relationship. We hope the fans can make them feel supported.
I couldn't help but to read the comments and they weren't too bad. A lot of people were supportive with the occasional few who weren't so sure. It was surprising how many people shipped us even before we met. The amount of edits I had seen about us were insane but it was nice to know that most of our fans had supported us from the beginning.
Later that day, we received calls from ELLE magazine who wanted me and Chan to be on the cover. We both agreed to it. They wanted to do a couples shoot with the newest kpop couple. Hours were spent getting ready until finally it was time for the shoot. Chan saw me from across the room and walked over to me. "You look so pretty/handsome right now." He pulled me in by my waist as I giggled.
"You look so handsome in that suit." I kissed him.
"Alright guys, two cover photos." We were called over by the photographer as he sat us in different poses. The entire time we were taking pictures, I couldn't help but to get lost in Chan's eyes as he got lost in mine. We giggled between photos and laughed when one of us took a silly picture. Until finally, we were done and the pictures were ready.
