When Your Child Hurts You With Their Powers Pt. 2

Kai

You were rushed to the hospital quickly. Phoenix and Kai were finally let into your room and sit beside your unconscious body.

Phoenix is crying as Kai pats his back, worrying silently

"Mom... I'm so sorry... I didn't mean to hurt you..." He whispers and touches the bandages wrapped around your wrist. He remembers that he was the one that caused you to be like this and pulls his hand back

"Phoenix..." Your eyes open slowly and you move to hold his hand

"Mom! I'm so sorry... I never meant to hurt you..." He avoids your eyes. You push his chin up so that he looks you in the eyes

"Phoenix, stop crying, I'll be alright," you smile weakly

"Y/N, do your burns hurt?" Kai asks

"No, they feel alright," you answer

"Please, forgive me mom..." Phoenix looks you straight in the eyes

"Oh Phoenix, I already have," he smiles and hugs you gently

"Thank you" you can feel his tears of joy fall into your shoulder

"I'm glad that you're alright..." Kai sighs, relieved

You don't have to stay in the hospital long, they let you out the next night. After that, things get gradually better with Kai teaching Phoenix. They both learn to listen to each other.

Zane

Zane rushed you to the hospital. Fawn's fear continued to get stronger, but, somehow, she managed to keep her powers under control. The ice sickle had melted by the time you'd gotten to the hospital.

Zane and Fawn sit by your medical bed. The doctors said that it shouldn't take long for you to wake up, they'd already put staples on your cut, to close it.

You slowly open your eyes and look around

"Mom!? Mom, I'm so sorry..." Fawn hugs you tightly, being careful of your leg "I'm so glad you're okay..." she whispers and begins to cry

"Now, now, sweetie, don't cry, I'm alright." You pet her hair and Zane hugs you two as well

"Your both amazing girls, I have no doubts that we will be able to get over this easily," he tries to calm everyone's nerves

"Thanks dad,"

"Thanks Zane,"

They let you go. They spend the night with you, and your released in the morning. You'll have to be careful with your leg for a while, but the doctors said that you should be making an easy recovery, since you are a Nindroid and all.

Fawn gets better and better at controlling her fear.

Lloyd

Lloyd and Asher had rushed you to the hospital, where they were told that you had a concussion. They said you'd wake up today, but they aren't sure when.

Asher and Lloyd sit beside your body. Asher holds your hand and continues to cry. Lloyd watches you, occasionally looking back at Asher.

You open your eyes slowly and look at Asher, who still hasn't looked at you. Your head pounds, but you reach out and place your free hand on his head

"Asher, Im okay," you whisper

"Really?" He looks up and you smile. He hugs you "I'm so glad,"

"Asher, be careful," Lloyd says gently

"Oh, sorry," he pulls away

"It's alright, you weren't hurting me," you smile reassuringly

"Y/N, the doctor said that if you feel okay, he'd let you go home in two days," Lloyd informs you

"Alright,"

After the two days you feel better. The doctor tells you to be careful with your head.

Asher learns to control his powers more each day. You think he'll turn out to be a great man, just like his father.

Cole

You had been rushed to the hospital, and had waken up almost as soon as the doctors had stitched up your leg.

Eclipse ended up calming down just enough to escape from her rocky protection. She's apologized many times since she and Cole were allowed into your room

"Mom... I'm so sorry that I hurt you..." She looks down to the ground, not making eye contact

"Honey, I've already told you, it's alright, I'm going to be fine," you place your hand on her shoulder, she looks to you "and so are you," she smiles and hugs you

"Thank you mom..."

Cole walks back into the room. He'd been talking with a doctor about your injury

"Well, they said that you're going to have to stay for a few more nights," he says, you sigh

"I'm s-" you cut her off

"Don't say it!" You laugh, so does she.

After you get home, Eclipse gets better and better at controlling her emotions, as well as her powers.

Jay

Jay panicked and got you to the hospital as quickly as he possibly could. You'd already waken up by the time Jay and Nixon were allowed into your room, but you awoke with a pounding headache.

Nixon keeps apologizing to you, every time you tell him it's alright and that the doctors told you it's nothing serious, but he still seems guilty. You decide to change the subject

"So, when will you two begin to rebuild your robot?" You ask. Jay and Nixon look to each other, like they didn't expect you to say that

"Uh, probably once you get out of hospital," Jay answers as they look back to you

"Yeah, I can't wait. I'm hoping dad will let me add a few new upgrades," Nixon looks to Jay, he laughs

"We'll see,"

Your released from the hospital the next afternoon and go back to the monastery. Jay and Nixon rebuild the robot while you watch. They have lots of fun, as do you.
