How do bug bites appear out of nowhere!?

If for some reason this ever happens-> people struggling to lift weights/bar (even tho they are way to weak and inexperienced)
Instead of trying to spot or lift the bar struggle up.
It would be a lot easier to lift one side, pushing the weight down to one side, gravity helps take the weight off.
(Does that make sense?)

Why does toothpaste get so minty sometimes!? Like, one day it's barely there, then the next time it's like a punch to the face.
Also mint chocolate/candy/ice cream is great. IT DOESNT TASTE LIKE TOOTHPASTE! It taste like mint!!! 🦷🪥

Also please take care of your teeth. I've had enough struggles with mind and barely brush they once a day 😵‍💫
