Chapter 14

Luke : Come on, it's a great subject !

Lizzie : A subject on which we write every single time we have a meeting !

Luke : So ? that's all we have to talk about

Lizzie : No it's freaking not

Luke : Okay now tell me what do we have to talk about ?

Lizzie : How about the dance team ? Or the Volley team ? Or even just what is going on at school !

They all started to yell at each other without hearing anyone else. Emma tried to stop them as everyone had. She rolled her eyes.

Emma : Everybody shut up !

They all stopped arguing and looked at her.

Emma : Jeez, what other subject do we have ?

Jen : We have the next fundraiser by the school boarding.

Emma : Great, that's a good subject. We can talk about the future games of volleyball and rugby. The next date of track competition. And Lizzie what do you want to talk about ?

Lizzie : How about the new sections of listening ?

Luke : And what's that ?

Lizzie : It's a new space where you can talk with some people about how you feel and about everything that you want. It is like a safe place.

Emma : Alright, do we all agree with it ?

They all agreed except Luke.

Jen : Well sorry Luke but democracy has spoken

Emma : Alright now we can go home.

When Emma went outside she passed by the rugby field and spotted Ava on the tiers. She went to her.

Emma : Can I ? showed the place next to Ava

Ava : Oh sure

Emma sat next to her.

Emma : What are you still doing here ?

Ava : I needed to do some research for homeworks, you ?

Emma : Journalism

They looked at the boys training.

Ava : Gerard seems to be better

Emma : He is

Gerard spotted the girls in the tiers. He waved at them.

Johnny : Gibs ! What are you doing ?

Gerard : Waving at the girls in the tiers

Johnny looked at them and waved too

Johnny : Now please focus again

The girls kept talking on the tiers. A few minutes later, Gerard was asked by the coach to go grab some stuff in the coach's office. When he entered the school he saw Ronan forcing Shannon to do some stuff. He directly went to him and pulled him off of Shannon. The girls and Johnny were wondering what happened to Gerard so they went inside. They saw Shannon curled up in a corner and Gerard talking to Ronan. Johnny went to Ronan and Gerard. The girls went straight to Shannon.
