Emma : Like GAA ?

Joey : Already doing that

Emma : Work ?

Joey : I spend most of my time there

Emma : Okay, then hum then we'll figure something out

Joey laughed : I'm playing with you Gibson, I'll try not to return there

Emma : Well you better because I'm not leaving my sight of off you Lynch, you're stuck with me

Joey : Great

Emma and Joey joined the others outside. The days went by and Josh kept messaging Emma about spending time with her and Johnny Kavannagh. Ava and Gerard spent more time together, when they were all together, the both of them used to enter their own bubble and get closer each time. Joey spent most of the time with the group getting away from the drugs feeling like he found his family. Claire was organizing Johnny's birthday with Lizzie's help. The Kavannagh started the procedure to adopt the Lynch children. The day of Johnny's birthday had come and everyone went to the lake house where Claire organized everything.Josh came without letting anyone know. He heard about it at Emma's. When they arrived everything was perfect. Claire really did a great job for Johnny. Lizzie had been off since the beginning of the day, no one really knew why. They started to have the party, everything was going great.

Gerard : Claire you did a freaking good job here

Claire : It is nothing

Gerard : No seriously, everything is so cool

Claire : Thank you Gerard

The party went by and everyone enjoyed it, they drank and danced. Gerard and Lizzie started to argue. The fight got worse and worse until a moment where Lizzie pushed Gerard in the river.

Meanwhile Emma and Josh got into an argument and Emma went a bit away from the crowd. Joey followed her. He sat next to her.

Joey : You okay ?

Emma : Yeah, just needed a moment

Joey : Can you be honest with me ?

Emma : Sure

Joey : Why are you with him ?

Emma : With who ?

Joey : With the yeti named Josh

Emma laughed : Well I- Let's say, I have an ugly past and the hum yeti knows it very well so

Joey : So ?

Emma : So I don't really want my past to be say out loud

Joey : So he is blackmailing you

Emma : I didn't say that

Joey : Your face says something else

Emma : I-

They heard a splash. Emma and Joey got up and went to the sound.

Emma : the fuck ?!

Emma jumped into the river with Johnny to help Gerard. They pulled him out of the water with the help of the others. Ava gave a towel to Gerard and pulled him aside.

Claire : What the hell was that Lizzie ?!

Lizzie : He pushed it okay ?!

Johnny : Oh he pushed you ? The fuck Lizzie, first the dyslexia and now the water ?

Emma : Why the hell would you push him into the lake ?

Lizzie : We were arguing and I just did it okay ? He said some stuff !

Emma : So what ? You decided that facing his worst fear would make him understand your point ?

Lizzie : I- What ?
