Todoroki got home and waited till school ended , it was only noon when the incident with Bakugou happened. 10 minutes before school ended he got a text from Midoriya

Hey Todoroki ! I talked to the principal and convinced to only suspend you for 3 weeks, people from our class had already complained to him about Kacchan bringing up your traumatic past. But you will have to stay after school and help with cleaning up ...so...

Todoroki knew that sending that heart emoji was risky but he didn't care . Tonight was the night he hopefully got to make out with his crush, or even have sex with him. He was thinking of ways how he can easily manipulate Midoriya , so he waited and put much thought into it .

Time skip to 30 minutes after school he got ready and sneak out , his father was going to arrive any second , so he told his sister that he was going over a friend house to get the notes.

He got to Midoriya house and knocked, Midoriya opened the door and smiled , he was happy to see his friend . But Todoroki sported a sad face , trying to make Midoriya feel bad about what he done and it was obviously working . Todoroki mission was to make Midoriya feel bad for what he did.

Todoroki walked in and started talking to Midoriya, he knew his whole schedule, his mom wouldn't be home until night.

"S-so Todoroki" , Midoriya said as they sat on the couch , "what have you been doing since you been sent home early"

"U-um...may I be honest? I was just rethinking this morning events ...a lot of things happened in the few hours I was there." Todoroki said looking down

"Oh yeah...well I'm sorry for-"

"Sorry doesn't fix the fact that you knew your childhood friend was going to traumatize your other friend ...or I guess another classmate, since you know - you said that you wanted to spilt up for two days" Todoroki said

Todoroki knew that Midoriya was starting to feel guilty , he was trying hard to not get hard , trust it was stressful

"I-I'm so ..so sorry Todoroki...."
