I woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning like I do every morning. I stood up from my warm bed and Peanut's still sleeping body, stretching my tired limbs as I walked into my bathroom. I started up the shower as I stripped from my nightly clothing and hopped in to be greated with the cold water, waking me up instantly. After I finished my morning routine, I walked out of bath room and over to my closet. I picked out a stripped long sleeve shirt and dark jeans before I threw that on along with socks and my converse. I then walked over to my nightstand and picked up my bracelets, putting each one on before rolling my sleeve up.

Once I brushed threw my hair and applied some mascara, I put on my contacts and grabbed my bag before heading out my bedroom door along with peanut.

"Good morning!" Sarah's preppy voice cheered. I don't understand how she has all this energy in her.

"Morning," I groaned before grabbing an apple and heading out the door.

"Your not going to eat breakfast?" She called out before I closed the door.

"Not hungry!" I yelled back, leaving before she can respond.

I walked down the drive way and down the street before noticing someone else walking across the street in the same direction as I am. No one on this street walks anywhere this early. I quickly looked over at the person and noticed that it was the same guy I saw a week ago. The new neighbor kid. I shrugged it off and bit into my apple as I continued to walk.

Soon, I made it to school in a little bit over twenty minutes with the same kid walking behind me. Yeah, maybe I should have talked to him or something but I'd rather not. I'm not good with people anyways. As soon as I walked into the school, I got a few stares from people but I couldn't care less. I just hope that I can get threw the day okay.

Lunch came slower than any other day but I was still relieved when it finally came. So far, I've gone threw the day okay since there's a new kid at school that everyone's so focused on. Better for me. I just found it weird that he came in so late in the school year I mean, it's basically April now.

I did have some classes with him but I didn't pay much attention to him since I was too focused on what the lesson was. I did go to school to learn and not pay attention to the stupid idiots in the same class as me.

Instead of going to lunch like everyone else, I went to the library like I always do. It's the one place that people don't go to and it's quiet.

Again, I like to be alone.

No one came in the library unless they absolutely had to but that was rare and even if they did, they wouldn't go deep enough to actually see me. It was nice really, it's not as sad as people may think... Well it is, but not for me.

As usual, I came in and said hi to the librarian, Cathy, and went to the very back of the library and sat at my usual table, in my usual seat. I pulled out my homework and my earphones before I put them in my ear and started my homework. If I get most of it done now then I can study more at home for tomorrow's test in AP biology.

I thought I heard Cathy talk to someone but shrugged it off since I'm the only one who ever comes in here. Well, until I saw someone sit down in the table ahead of me. I looked up from my work without moving my head and saw that new kid sitting there with his lunch in front of him and a book as well. I frowned my eyebrows together and looked back down at my work. I'm pretty sure that I heard some girls talk about how "cute" he was and a group of jocks talk about how he looks like a possible new team mate. If everyone is talking about all these things, then why is he here in the library by himself? Normally, people would scoop up the new kids as soon as possible to spread their groups more. At least they did with Zoey, who got here at the beginning of the year, and tried too with me before I shut them all out. It was weird.

Maybe he's shy.

At the end of the day, I rushed out of school like always and started to walk home. Normal. Except it wasn't. The new kid walked across the street from me again and was walking a little slower than I was. It was just weird to see someone else walk the same way as me I guess.

When I got to the house, peanut greeted me at the door as always and followed me up my room. I was happy that Sarah didn't bug me today and the reason was because she wasn't home according to the note she left on my door. Home alone at last.

Like always, I played my music loud and started my homework. Same routine, everyday. Once I finished, which was earlier than usual, i looked outside and then at peanut. I guess I could take him for a walk before I start studying, he'd like that since no one takes him out except me. "Wanna go out for a walk boy?" I asked him, causing his head to pop up and jumped off the bed and to my door.

I giggled at his cuteness and opened the door, making him dash out the door and down the steps. Meeting him at the door, I put on his leash and walked out the door. It was nice outside, the weather wasn't too hot nor too cold. Spring was almost here and it brings nice weather.

On my way back to the house, I saw that kid outside doing some yard work. Once he looked up at me, I quickly looked down and ignored him again. I felt him stare at me as I continued to walk on the side walk with peanut up to my door. Before I entered the house, I looked back at him to see him still staring at me. He noticed me staring back and smiled, giving me a two finger wave. Instead of being nice and waving back, I frowned my eyes at him, which made him drop his smile and scratch back of his head as I closed the door.

Once again, weird.

No one really talks to me and I'm sure he would of heard something about me from someone at school. But than again he seemed to not talk to anyone at school either. I shrugged it off and walked up stairs, followed by peanut as always.

I swear, I think this dog is my only friend.
