I was physically in the meeting but mentally I was surrounded by Tanishka.
I wanted to go with her to the doctor, but because of her stubbornness i had to do as she said.
But she has promised me that she will be taking a driver with her. I hope she did as per her promise.
"Uh...Mr. Singhania?" My thoughts were interrupted by the person who was explaining the project. "Yeah go ahead" I said in reply.
"So I was saying that...."
And again he started his explanation. I was trying to focus on what he was saying when Abhinav came to me and whispered something which shook me to core.
Tanishka has caught up in an accident. I hurriedly stood up from the chair and ran outside the conference room.
"Shit, shit, shit" i muttered continuosly and opened the gate of my car.
"Aarnav" I could hear Abhinav calling me from behind but i was too numb to listen to him or anything, my mind was occupied by Tanishka's thoughts.
"I wish she okay, she has to be okay, for me, for us, for our child" I said encouraging myself that everything will be fine as I drove the car at a high speed.
"Tanishka please please please please"
I was too numb to feel anything except fear.
If I have to die to give her a life, i would gladly die. I love her so much. If something happened to her or my child, i swear I will die.
As soon as I reached the hospital where Abhinav told me that she has been admitted i opened the car's door hurriedly and ran inside the hospital.
"Tanishka, room no. 89" I said to the receptionist.
"Third floor, to the left sir" she said and i took no time in walking towards the elevator.
"Please nothing should happen to her" I said, my heart beating at a fast pace like it would come out any moment.
As i walked towards the room where Tanishka was supposed to be a nurse was already standing outside the door.
