Uma came to the castle. A guard had explained everything to her and her family tree and Mal being pregnant. "Talk to me Evie. How is our cousin?" Uma asked, her mother had kept quiet about her family, so imagine Uma's surprise when she finds out that her grandfather was a god and that she's related to Mal and Evie
"Mal is fine and so is the baby, can you believe it?, we're family," Evie said. "You know, before everything happened. It was me, Mal Jay and Carlos. Me and Mal had our differences over the years. But we'd always end up by each other's side, always and forever. Then we met Jay and Carlos us four were inseparable." Evie said. "Then Carlos just. I can't even say it. It's been 5 years."
"Evie, grief takes time. Let me tell you something, remember the VK prom. You went with Mal. Harry went with Gilbert, and I went with Carlos." Uma took a deep breath. "But what nobody knows is that the flower that was in my hair was a gift from him. Somewhere on the island was a flower field that only he knew about. He only told me the location of it. The day he died. I scattered his ashes there. I still to this day visit, to keep the flowers alive." Uma said wiping a tear from her eye. " Carlos may have been a villain, but he was a selfless son of a bitch."
Evie sighed. "He was. Once Maleficent caught Mal being nice and caring towards little Dizzy. She went to hit Mal with her belt. But Carlos stood in between them and took the blow. That's how we became friends with him. He was willing to put himself in harm's way to protect someone, who at the time he didn't know."
Evie inhaled wiping a tear from her face. "Carlos De Vil was a brave and selfless son of a bitch. If there is a heaven. That's where he is."
Then Athena walks out. "He's is. He cooks for us. He also sends his regards." Athena said. "I'll try and convince Zeus to open a portal so you can see him sometimes. But I make no promises, my father can be a heartless bastard."
