A/N: Britt & Nino in MM.
Parker's POV
I was awaken to the worried sound of Chase's voice, along with the pacing of heavy footsteps that obviously did not belong to her. I grabbed a tee shirt and my piece, just in case this was a hostile situation and headed toward the front room, down the narrow hall. I came out into the open realizing it was Nino pacing, while Chase sat on the couch in deep thought.
"Yo Park, look I'm sorry for stopping by so late, I just had some shit that I needed to talk to y'all about" Nino took a seat on the couch across from Chase. I was confused as to what the hell could be going on that Nino had to come to our home at 1 in the morning.
"What's going on Nino, what's up?" I placed my gun on the coffee table and took a seat next to Chasia, bringing her closer to me.
"Look bruh, Britt pregnant" The words made me open my eyes in shock.
Britt was the smartest of us all, she had everything going for her. Brittany was meant to go out into this world and do big things, and now she was pregnant. I immediately grew angry with Nino, he knew how smart she was, and what her life could be. "How could you let this happen nigga?! You know Britt had a future" I sat up on the edge of the couch, shaking my head.
He sighed and appeared defeated. "I know man, I know. I wrapped up, but it broke.. we never replaced it."
"Shit" I stood up and placed my hands on the back of my head.
"Park, I need help man.. what do I do?" Nino questioned. He was clearly scared. Nino was only 17 and Britt was 18. Nino, was the real baby, but we all treated Britt as the baby. The truth was that Nino was just as lost and confused as Britt at this point. He had no job, no home of his own for them to lay their heads, and abortion wasn't an option for Britt. They were stuck.
"Well how far is she Nino?" Chase's gentle voice calmed the nerves in the room.
"She's 6 weeks.. we just found out today." He sat down shaking his leg, and biting his lip.
"Has she told Uncle Mike?" I heard Chase question. The two went into a conversation about how they knew Mike would kick Britt out, and they would be on their own with no where to go. I went into protective mode and thought of ways to make sure they were good. Then it hit me.
"Nino, get dressed.. Chase, call Britt and tell her to come over here while we gone." I gave orders and began down the hall.
Chase shot me a look of frustration and confusion before looking to Nino who was on his way out the door. She followed closely behind me. "Where are you gonna go at 1 in the morning Parker?" her attitude dripped from her words.
"Chill baby, I'm trying to find a way to make sure they gon' be good. Don't trip." I kissed her forehead and slipped on a gray sweatshirt. I went to grab some jays and noticed that she was still standing with her arms crossed, clearly upset.
"It can't wait until the morning Park?"
"No baby.. I'm sorry but it can't, and I would tell you what I was planning but you would just try to stop me." I got off of the bed and headed back down the hall to the kitchen, looking for my keys.
"Parker.. just.. please be safe baby" I felt the pain in her words.
I turned to face her and pulled her in for a hug. "I will baby, I promise." I kissed the top of her head and released her, just before there was a knock at the door.
