FINDING DR. MICHAELS

as spider-woman was swinging through the night city, she got a phone call. it was Yuri. " saider-woman. who is this Dr. Michaels?" she asked. " I think he's the head scientist on this devil's breath project. did you find him?" spider-woman asks as she swings on a lamp post before giving herself a boost as she leaps into the air. Yuri sighed and said, "Yes and no. Sable says they have him under protection at a safe house somewhere in the city. but they won't tell me where." spider-woman landed on a wall of a building scratching her head. " I thought you guys were walking together?" she asked before walking back and forth as she listened to yuir say, "So did I". spider-Woman stopped before rubbing her face, trying to think of what to do next. " okay. I have an idea on how to find him. I'll let you know if it works." spider-woman said before hanging up the phone. she then jumps off the building and starts swinging away to a quiet place to make a phone call. 

she lands at a small park where she takes out her phone before dialling the number. it rings, and Peter picks up. " hey, did you find Dr. Delaney at the party?" he asks. spider-woman sighs as she lowers her head. " yeah. but so did my dad. "she replied. " oh on, what happened?" Peter asked. spider-woman goes quiet for a moment before answering Peter's question. " my dad corrupted him and made him kill himself." spier-woman says as she holds her breath trying to remain calm. " that's horrible. we have to stop this guy" Peter said. spider-woman then touches her neck from where her necklace was. " we will." Peter replied. spider-woman sighed as she continued, " Before Delaney died, he gave my dad a name--- Morgan Michaels. " Peter thinks for a moment before saying, "Morgan Michaels. Who is he?" spider-woman shrugged her shoulder, "Not sure, but I bet he works on the devil's breath project. Have you learned anything from the devil's breath files?" Spider-woman asked. Peter nodded his head and said, "Yeah, get this. A few years ago, Osborn came to Fisk and asked him to build a lab, but to keep it hidden from regulators." Peter replied. spider-woman was confused as she asked, "Secret lab? for devil's breath?" "If it's as dangerous as we think it is, I can see why. " Peter said. " any idea where it is?" spider-woman asked as she stood on the edge of the building looking down at the city. " that's not in the file-- Osborn made Fisk destroy all records of it. all I have are invoices from Osborn's personal account top fisk construction. knowing Fisk, he kept the invoices around for blackmail material on the mayor. " spider-woman shook her head, " everything leads back to Norman Osborn. Guess it's time to pay him a visit." spider-woman said with a hint of anger in her tone. " I doubt he's going to tell you anything," Peter replied. Spider-woman then cracked her knuckles in anger, " wasn't planning to ask" she replied before swinging away towards Osborn's HQ to get answers to everything.

spider-woman landed in front of a large, tall building with Osborn's name flashing with purple light. " okay, that's how I can get into Norman's office." spider-woman's aid as she saw a grate hatch at the top of the building where normans office was, overlooking the city. " can't get in there without shutting down some security systems, but if they see me they'll put the whole place on lockdown. I should be able to hack into the security network modules from the outside." she said to herself before she swung towards the building and landed gracefully on the wall, she crawled up to a panel and opened it before she started hacking it, she noticed that there were four of them attached together around the building. once she finished hacking the first box, the lights on the outside of the building went out. spider-woman froze as she heard the security through the com signals, " security teams, call in" a guard said. spider-woman then noticed Sable agents snipers across from her, they aimed their guns at the building trying to find her. " sable team alpha standing by."

spider-woman sighed to herself, " looks like an electrical problem. " she said to herself as she started to sneak past the Sable sniper beams. " keep an eye on the exterior while we try to track down the issue." oscorp security said to the sable agents. she kept going up until she found another box, " there's the second module" she said to herself. she hacked the module before she heard the security on the comms. " what?! all agents someone's taking control of one of our subsystems." security said in a panic. But then drones started flying around the building with flashlight beams. " initiating delta protocol." a Sable agent said. spider-woman saw these drones, " Man, everybody's got drones these days..." she then started moving up again, passing the flashlights and snipe beams. " sable teams, I need a status report" an oscorp security asked. " exterior sweep negative. we are all clear. still, look like a software issue?" a Sable agent replied. " we don't know, we're evaluating. please maintain current alert level." oscorp security said.
