Lying in bed thinking of this anonymous beauty that I couldn't seem to get out of my head; I debated on calling little Cin. I don't know her name, so I gave her one. Cin, short of Cinnamon, but don't ask why. That's just because she looks so sweet, but her body can be so hot. I picked up my iPhone and dialed the number awaiting an answer.

"Hello?" She answered causing me to chuckle.

"You still sound like you look, beautiful."

I could feel her smiling on the other end, "Thank you. What's up silly?"

"Nothing, just tryna see what's up with you."

"Umm..." She said before taking a quick pause. "I have to call you later. I'll text you tonight."

"Alright, Cin" I responded in confusion before telling myself to breathe.

I wonder why she is acting so crazy. Of course I know she got a so called boyfriend, but that's not stopping me. On top of that I know she doesn't want to be where she is only because she wouldn't have allowed me to get her number. She would have shut me down instantly when I asked or not even took the opportunity to take my phone at that matter. It's been a while since I've been into a relationship with a female simply because I have things to take care of and I don't know if I should be focusing on both work and a relationship or just work. I love women, but I love my money more. I guess it's time to settle down and get off of the streets because after this long and having Cin catch my eye that's crazy after all these other women that want my attention, but I only use them for one thing, sex.

Lying here for about half an hour I couldn't sleep. Little Cin was just stuck in my mind and I couldn't get her off. I wish I could just go see her right now, but knowing her she'd be too scared. I laughed to myself thinking of the beauty. I picked up my phone to dial her number again clearly not taking no for an answer, but she was calling me. This seemed too unusual especially if she said she was gonna call and text later.

"Yeah, what's up?" I answered.

"What are you doing?" Cin answered me with a question I was relieved to hear her voice on the other end.

"Honestly, thinking about you... I can't seem to get my mind off of you..." I admitted.

"Don't lie, are you really?"

"Yes ma... Ever sinc-"

She interrupted, "I've been thinking about you too since I first saw you, but you never noticed me..."

Everything got quiet as I tried to think back as to when I first saw her, but I couldn't remember anything. I can't remember anything with that beautiful face.

"When didn't I notice you?" I asked totally confused, but listened attentively.

She sighed, "It's not important. No one really does anyway."

I guessed she didn't want to talk about it, so I wasn't going to pressure her. "Well, you don't have to tell me... You tryna let me take you out to eat tomorrow? My birthday is tomorrow."

"Uh, I don't know. You know I have a boyfriend and he does the same stuff you do."

I didn't care about him or what he did I just want her. I'll put up a fight because it's worth it. Well it looks like she's worth it.

"Well, that doesn't matter. I'm after you and I know you're not happy where you are ma. Like I told you I'm tryna give you what you deserve and that's a man like me."

The conversation drifted off and we exchanged certain likes and dislikes. I joked with her and she did the same. She even sung to me and I fell deeper in love not knowing what to do; however, I knew how to rap and always dreamed of becoming one, so I rapped for her listening to her 'ooh' and 'aah' at the way I put my words together about her. My rapper plans failed when my brother, Michael, died and I couldn't find the killer, but Caine claimed it was some young dude down in San Antonio that had him killed. I still feel as if that young cat wasn't the one. It's as if my brother is telling me it wasn't him, but I just don't know. I'm letting him rest in peace because he deserves it. Mike took care of mom and myself while we were going through. He played the role of my father and that can't ever be replaced.
