After waiting hours in the lobby they finally had gotten Nick into a room, but we weren't allow to go up yet. What was so secretive? I need to get up there and see her. If something is wrong with her I know mama Maraj will never forgive me.

I grabbed my bottle of water out of the vending machine and walked back to my seat, sitting beside Gotti.

"So what were you doing in Nick's house?" I questioned.

He looked at me then sighed. "Man ion know what you talkin' bout." He said before turning his head.

I licked my lips trying to keep cool. "You know what I'm talking about lil g. Tell me what's up now or don't worry about nothing else with yo job or whatever you doing stops here." I said furiously.

I swear I ain't got time for his games. He putting heat on his back. I can handle mine. I don't want any beef with little dude. Gotti is like a younger brother to me. When his family went through they stayed with us, so to be real I don't even think I could kill him if I had an opportunity.

"Look man." He said looking around. "I didn't know it was Nicki's house. The only thing I was directed to do was grab the petite girl and bring her back, but kill the nigga first. That's it I swear." He swore.

I looked back into his eyes sensing his honesty. I nodded my head. "And who are you do this job for?" I asked watching him drop his head.

"Man, I can't tell you all of that." Gotti said.

"Yeah, you can. You got my word bru-" I was saying before I was interrupted.

"Excuse me? The family of Onika Maraj?" Dr. Daniels walked to us causing us to direct our attention to him.

I smiled standing up. "Yes sir." I replied as he smiled back at me.

"Glad to see you looking better, but your wife is in room 133. You can go up and visit." Dr. Daniels informed us.

I nodded my head in understanding. "Yes sir, glad to be here with your help. Alright, but can you tell us what happened? Why was she bleed so much?" I asked attentively.

Dr. Daniels dropped his head before looking back up at me. "She decided to tell you herself. That's all I can say due to patient privacy rights." He said before walking away.

I shook my head. "Damn privacy rights." I whispered to myself before Gotti and I headed upstairs to find room 133.

When we reached the room I knocked lightly then pushed the door open. I glanced up to see Nicki weakly smile. I smiled back feeling my heart almost collapse. Im finally getting to see the woman I am in love with, Onika. This past month feels like a year and this past year feels like hell. I sat on the chair next to her bed grasping her hand as Gotti closed the door and took his seat in the corner of the room.

I watched Nick eyes began to tear up, but I shook my head. "You're good now ma. I got you. I promise I'm not letting anything happen to you." I promised watching her tears begin to fall.

"You know I'm still in love with you." Nicki said weakly with a raspy voice.

"I'm still in love with you too." I replied kissing her hand and wiping her tears as she just laid in bed.

"I'm cold. Aren't you? It feels like it's snowing inside of here." She stated.

I just shook my head. "Nah, I'm good. Maybe it's just from all that blood you lost." I said looking at her causing her to drop her head.

"What?" I questioned.

"Safaree, I'm sorry..." Nicki said with a voice full of hurt as I just looked confused as usual. I used my index finger pulling her chin up into my direction so I could see her face.

Nicki started to cry again. "I lost our baby... That's why I was bleeding so much..." She said slowly.

I closed my eyes tightly feeling them burn from the tears that were forming, then opened them trying not to cry. "It's okay.. Its not your fault." I said.

"But it is SB and you know it." Nick began to break down. I can't let her get all stressed out again no way.

"Nah it's not baby. God's gonna bless with many more. Did it even make it to the development stage of the body?" I asked, but all she did was shake her head no.

"Well, I know you're still cold because you shaking, so scoot over." I said before kicking off my shoes and coat climbing in bed with her and wrapping my arms around her body. I miss her so much and I can tell she feels the same. I looked back at Gotti who was already asleep. I guess it's been a long day for everybody. I held Nick until we fell asleep together.
