*Scene opens with the sight of a street in a city. The sun is setting, and there are some people running around, screaming as grown up Glommites are breaking into houses and roaming the streets looking for Ringo. There is debris everywhere, which consists of glass, car tires, bricks, and other objects. Near the street, Ringo is hiding in a large bush. Bartholomew still hides in his pocket, and the Baby Glommite keeps herself close to him, still holding the picture that she had taken from Ringo's house. Ringo peeks out at the chaos before hiding again*
Ringo: *whispering* What are we supposed to do now?
Bartholomew: *croaks quietly*
*The Baby Glommite peeks out at the chaos and shivers. She notices the setting sun, and is momentarily amazed by the colors before Ringo pulls her back*
Ringo: We can't risk being out in the open for too long... Especially in areas like this.
*Ringo looks around for a moment, seeing that there are a few other large bushes nearby*
Ringo: *sighs* We'll have to try our best to hide. And... We need to find some place to stay soon. It's supposed to be cold tonight.
*The Baby Glommite, getting an idea, places the picture on the ground and tries to turn into a blanket, but only succeeds in making her legs flat and made of fabric, causing her to fall on the ground. Ringo looks at her, and half-smiles. The Baby Glommite turns her legs back to normal and frowns*
Ringo: Ay, I'm sure that you'll get better one day.
*Ringo picks up the picture. He stares at it for a moment.*
Ringo: We'll have to figure out a way to save them later. Now, follow me.
*Taking the picture with him, Ringo dashes to the next large bush. The Baby Glommite moves just as fast. This bush is much closer to a house that seems to have already been ransacked, but Ringo knows that there could be Glommites still inside*
Ringo: Hmmm... I don't think that my friends would have mentioned my pet frog to them... Bartholomew, I'm going to need a favor.
Bartholomew: *shakes his head*
Ringo: Now, come on. Someone needs to go in there and make sure it's empty. And I can't send...
*Ringo looks down at the Baby Glommite*
Ringo: Um... If you don't mind me asking, you're a... A girl?
Baby Glommite: *nods and smiles*
Ringo: Okay. I can't send her in there because, if there are other aliens, they might take her with them because... Well, if you found a baby wandering all alone, you wouldn't want it to continue to be all alone, would you?
Bartholomew: *rolls his eyes and jumps out of Ringo's pocket*
Ringo: Good. Now, try to act natural. Come back here after going through every room you can, alright?
Bartholomew: *croaks and hops into the house through the front door, which had already been opened*
Ringo: *sighs* I never thought that ti=his day would end like this...
*Ringo looks at the picture he's holding*
Ringo: I honestly doon't know which one of us is getting it worse...
*The Baby Glommite stares at Ringo and reaches up for the picture. Ringo gives it to her and she studies it again, looking at how happy the four people in it all seem to be. Ringo sits down and stares it at as well*
Ringo: You know our names?
Baby Glommite: *shakes her head*
Ringo: Hmm. Well, I'm Ringo.
