/CHAPTER 8: Episode 2 - Reciprocation of Emotions, III/

Dokja tapped his foot as he waited by the gym storage room he and Daehyun always hid out at. The gymnasium today is bustling with students from all over the city, all gathered for the art contest exhibit held. Daehyun in particular is busy setting up his artwork and reaffirming with the club in charge.
As expected, he passed the preliminary and got in the semi-finals, where they were to display their works in person and let the public judge.
"Dokja-ya!" Dokja turned to spot Daehyun running towards him. A red flush brightly stood out on his pale skin. His hair is a bit of a mess, and his clothes are slightly disheveled. Sweat glistened down his forehead. Yet Daehyun looked excited, as indicated by his ever-so blinding smile.
"So, I know you've been dying to know what exactly I painted. I think you'll find the surprise great!" Daehyun grabbed Dokja's hand and pulled him towards the crowd. Daehyun covers Dokja's eyes and brings him closer to the painting.
"Are you sure you didn't get Joonghyuk's coat wrong?"
Daehyun hits him upside the head.
"Stupid. That's you." He huffs, displeased. Dokja silently stared at the painting in awe for a couple more minutes.
