Shut up flower boys band(fanfiction)

THIRTEEN

Byung-hee and Ji-hyuk rolled on the floor, throwing punches on each other. Ji-hyuk was down and received two punches in a row but Ji-hyuk didn't even attempt to punch him back or dodge his attack. I think Ji-hyuk is purposely accepting all this but I can't simply stand here and watch as if it's all happening in a television. Can I? So I walked to the guys and tried to split them up along with the other Eye Candy guys.

After what it seemed like eternity but only few minutes had passed, we pulled them apart. Hyun-soo, Kyung-jong and I did the part of pulling Byung-hee away and Ha-jin and Do-il had to deal with Ji-hyuk. I couldn't watch my friends fight. There was some dried blood on Byung-hee's that had been caused by Seung-hoon and Ji-hyuk had fresh blood dripping from side of his mouth.

"How could you do this to your best friend?" Byung-hee spat at Ji-hyuk.

"I'm sorry, okay. I've seen her even before you could see her. But I didn't have any feelings for her back then and had no idea that I'd be going to the same school as her. After knowing that you like her, I tried backing away from her but I couldn't do it anymore after getting a hint that she likes me too." Ji-hyuk said as he wiped the blood with the back of his sleeve.

"Whatever. You've literally cheated behind my back with the girl I like and never bothered to tell me." Byung-hee said in a angry tone.

"I don't wanna see your face again." Byung-hee spat and turned to the others, " And you guys, decide whom you're gonna be with. Me or him. There's never gonna be us." He stated.

Ji-hyuk looked so broken and I was so shocked too. I was more than shocked, actually.

"By betraying you, he had disrespected our friendship too. I'm with you." Hyun-soo shot Ji-hyuk his Icy stare and stood by Byung-hee. Then Ha-jin, Kyung-jong joined Hyun-soo too by standing by Byung-hee.

Do-il looked between Byung-hee and Ji-hyuk before sighing loudly. He patted on Ji-hyuk's shoulder and gave him an apologising look before moving to Byung-hee's side.

God! I felt so bad for Ji-hyuk. Come on, he didn't do anything that bad to be treated this way, right? He only liked a girl who in return had some feelings for him either. So I bravely walked past the guys to his side and stood beside Ji-hyuk. Not that I was part of Eye Candy to choose sides at the moment but I just felt like doing it to show them that he's not alone.

"Why are you that side?" Byung-hee, though he sounded dead serious, this question sounded so funny to me but I stifled the laugh. If not I might've got myself killed right on the spot just with his stare.

"He's alone." Only these two words escaped my mouth whereas I'd formed some more incoherent sentences in my mind.

"What?" Hyun-soo scoffed and continued to stare at Ji-hyuk, I guess. I couldn't tell clearly at whom his Icy stares were directed to since Ji-hyuk and I were standing close to each other.

"You know what this means, right? Since you can't choose me over him, I can't be the same way with you either, like how we're before. And I prefer not to see your face anymore too." With that said Byung-hee stormed out of the room with the other guys following him. Soo-ah and Seung-hoon didn't interrupt through the whole mess. The minute I processed what Byung-hee had just said, I broke down completely with tears flooding down my cheeks. I had no idea that Byung-hee had so much impact on me.

Soo-ah approached me reluctantly and reached out her hand to me, in a way to comfort me, I guess. I wasted no time. I held her hand softly and then she came little more closer to me. I hugged her and cried my heart out. She kept rubbing my back and whispering, "Shhh. Everything's gonna be alright. Don't cry." And something along those lines.

Then I felt another person joining the hug. I lifted my head up from Soo-ah's shoulder to look at the person, hoping it to be Ji-hyuk.

No. It was Seung-hoon with his hand around my waist and Soo-ah's. And our heads were resting on his chest.

"You're my friend too, remember? I couldn't see you crying like that." He answered with a shrug and placed his hand over my head and brought my head to his chest. Awe.

One of my hand was holding Soo-ah and the other hand was free. I'm supposed to be using that hand to hold Seung-hoon back but I searched for Ji-hyuk in the air by waving my hands at my side and finally found him. I held Ji-hyuk's hand and squeezed telling that I'm there for him.

At this moment, I realized something. I'm badly falling for Byung-hee.
