13 • She's Mine

Minjeong pov

"Who is he?"

"My boyfriend."

The audacity.

"You have a boyfriend..?" Wonyoung beside me sounds dumbfounded.

"Surprise! Everyone, this is Jaehyun." Jimin annoyingly laughed. Was she trying to get on my nerves?

She was staring right at me with this shit eating grin on her face.

Why am I irritated?

"Hi! I'm Jaehyun, Jimin's boyfriend." He looked familiar as well, and I finally remembered where I saw that face from, he's the asshole that Jimin kissed that one day.

See this is why I don't give cheaters second chances.

I could feel the grip on my arm tense up, and I looked over at Wonyoung beside me. She wasn't smiling, nor was she speaking.

I could tell something was off about her.

Even the look on Aeri's face, I could tell she's trying to act as if this was all nothing but cmon, I know my bestie.

"Well, should we all go and have fun?" He chuckled and everyone nodded, agreeing to go.

I really don't know what she's up to, but I sense that she is not here to just have fun, I'm sure she's here to do something else and I'm not sure what.

I'm staring at her, and she's staring right back at me with her arms crossed.

"Unnie..! What made you wanna come?" Wonyoung asked her.

"Well I thought, why not come join you? You all didn't mind, right?"

Well first, no one asked if you wanted to come. That's what I thought, and looking at her right now made me mad.

"Uh, yeah! Sure.." I could hear the uncertainty in Wonyoung's laugh.

"Great, then we should have fun right?"

Wonyoung only nodded, walking away with her arms around mine. "Minjeong lets go to this game,"

If I'm honest this wasn't fun any more. And I could tell A quarter of the enthusiasm in Wonyoung was out the window by now but she's trying not to show it.

We're at a shooting range, and the game was a pretty easy game. Shoot down as many balloons and you'll get a prize.

And I wanted to make Wonyoung happy so I hope I could win a prize for her.

"You got this!" Wonyoung cheered me on.

I say I got a pretty good aim in general, my vision was great so this shouldn't be too hard.

Grabbing the gun, I put my hands on the trigger and focus
On the balloons lined up, steadying my arms before shooting at every single one of them.

And each pops one by one until the end, leaving Wonyoung beside me really impressed.

"No way.."

I laughed at Wonyoung, and I took a glimpse at Jimin who's with her boyfriend because they were laughing quite loud at something.

Why are they all up in my face?

I received my prize, a cat stuffed animal and I immediately gave it to Wonyoung. "Aww for me??" And I nod.
