the next day as i was headed to the dining hall i was pulled into a room, "y/n!" harry was awake, "hey harry, I'm glad you're feeling better!" i said smiling, "what the hell did you do yesterday? with the whole magic without a wand thing?!" i shook my head, "what are you talking about?" he shook his head, "don't play dumb, yesterday, when Quirrell had his wand to your throat, you didn't have your wand, how did you do magic?" i shook my head now, "harry i had my wand? but i wasn't even awake during that fight? i had fainted a few minutes in, what do you mean he had his wand to my throat?" i pretended to be scared, "what? no y/n you were- what the fuck, i really remember you being awake and doing magic without a wand??" i shook my head, "i know you hit your head, but i really didn't think you hit it that hard, are you sure you're able to be up right now?" he shook his head, "maybe i should go lay down in my dorm for a while," i nodded, "you need someone to walk you up there?" he shook his head, "i'll be alright," i nodded and headed back to the dining hall.

~time skip to the end of the year~

the Great Hall was full of students eating and talking with each other. There are green and silver banners with the Slytherin symbol above their heads, already indicating the house with the most points. Dumbledore gives a slight nod to Professor McGonagall, who then clinks her spoon to her glass to ask attention from the students. The crowd falls silent. Dumbledore stands up and speaks with his magically magnified voice.

"Another year gone. And now, as I understand it, the house cup needs awarding. And the points stand thus: In fourth place, Gryffindor with 312 points," dumbledor spoke, there was a light applause from the Gryffindor house, "Third place, Hufflepuff with 352 points," more applause, this time slightly louder from the Hufflepuff house, "In second place, Ravenclaw with 426 points," this time more applause and a few cheers were heard from the Ravenclaw table, "And in first place, with 472 points, Slytherin house," we erupted into a loud cheer, "YEAHHHH!" i cheered, "slytherin slytherin slytherin!" our table cheered, hermione looked over, disgusted that we won, i smiled when our eyes met, so did she. "nice one!" draco said giving Crabbe and Goyle high fives, i smiled and hugged them, "good job guys!" they looked at me, "honestly y/n, it's mostly thanks to you, you're the best behaved out of the slytherin house, i know you werent in our house for but a semester, but you really raised our points," i smiled, "no this was thanks to you guys as well, we all did our part," i smiled.

"Yes, yes, well done, Slytherin. Well done, Slytherin. However, recent events must be taken into account. And I have a few last-minute points to award," i sighed, this was going to seriously piss some people off, "To Miss Hermione Granger, for the cool use of intellect while others were in grave peril, 50 points," the table applauded her, "Second, to Mr. Ronald Weasley, for the best played game of chess that Hogwarts has seen these many years, 50 points," the table applauded once again, and i swear Draco and the rest of the slytherin's grew extremly angry that they had gained a hundred points, " And third, to Mr. Harry Potter, for pure nerve and outstanding courage, I award Gryffindor house 60 points," the gryffindor table cheered again, louder than before, i scoffed, of course all of the points would be awarded to them, "We're tied with Slytherin!" hermione states, "and finally it takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to your enemies, but a great deal more to stand up to your friends. I award 10 points to Neville Longbottom," the table cheered again, "way to go neville!" people shouted, i scoffed.

i did help too. i cant belive this shit, i stood up in protest, but was pulled back down, "Stop, don't make a scene," draco whispered. i sighed, "Assuming that my calculations are correct, I believe that a change of decoration is in order," He claps and motions his hands towards the Slytherin banners, where they flap heavily, until the banners have changed completely to red and gold with the Gryffindor symbol, "Gryffindor wins the House Cup," The Great Hall explodes with applause, not only from the Gryffindors, but also from the Ravenclaws and the Hufflepuffs because they are glad that for the first time in seven years, someone other than Slytherin has won the House Cup. Hagrid can't help himself to also cheer, and all students except the Slytherins throw their hats in the air, while draco and i angrily throw ours on the table in anger. The Gryffindors around Harry are all congratulating him, and Harry smiles to Hagrid, who smiles back.

i stood up and stormed out of the hall, "this is bullshit!" i shouted slamming the doors behind me. my anger fuming and coursing through my entire body. i went outside and casted Accio broom. within a few seconds my broom comes flying into my hands. i jumped on and flew above the school and out to the forest. when i landed i grabbed my wand, i made some random objects appear and started smashing things. my anger grew as i smashed more and more things, i thought this might help me be less angry, but it only made it worse.

"god damn it! i swear Dumbledore only gave them those stupid points because he favors them! i am a slytherin so what does it matter if i get recognition for my actions! I HELPED THEM!" i shouted, getting angrier, i started punching the trees, but came to a sudden stop when i heard twigs snapping behind me, "my my, look who it is," i turned around to be met with professor snape, "what do you want?" i asked, anger lacing my tounge, "no need to be angry with me, i belive you are in the right, you should be angry," i sighed, "i just don't understand why they got points and i didnt, i was clearly there, i helped them!" he nodded, "i understand, and i agree, they shouldn't have been the only ones to get points," i sighed, "i just dont understand why he didnt acknowledge the fact that i was even there, i just ugh!" i punched another tree, "we should get you back to school, you'll need your rest before going home tomorrow," i nodded and cast a spell that cleaned everything up. we then headed back to school, i sighed heading back up to my dorm.
