Ruby began panting and ran out the room, waking the others up. Rex went to go after her. Thankfully Ruby left rose petals and Rex followed them. Rex found Ruby at the edge of the cliff on a rock.

Ruby: s-stay away. (Rex keeps coming until he was right in front of her) what did I say, go away.

Rex: no, Ruby Rose.

Ruby: why did you do that? You killed those things, and fought against what looked like your own. Why! (Rex said nothing) say something! Anything!

All Rex did was hug her, Ruby was crying in Rex's arms and Rex saw the others coming.

Yang: Ruby! What are you doing out here?!

The others came up to her and Ruby looked at them. She stopped her crying and said that she will tell them in the morning.

Yang: no, I want to know why you ran out of the dorm and we see you out here crying.

Weiss: is something wrong?

Ruby: I'll tell you back at the dorm, ok?

Yang: fine, but you better tell us.

Team RWBYR went back to their dorm and Ruby told them what she saw. The three were angry at Rex as Ruby told them that Rex was apart of killing his creators and joining another robot to just kill a boy and a planet filled with people.

Blake: how could you do that? You join another of your kind to destroy a planet.

Yang: this is insane. Is this why you went overboard? (Rex doesn't say anything)

Weiss: just speak, you stupid pile of bolts!

Ruby: Weiss, stop the yelling.

Rex: programmed.

RWBY: what?

Rex: my programming.

Weiss: so you were programmed to do that?

Rex: yes, Weiss Schnee.

Ruby: look girls, when Rex showed me his memories ... I saw that he was just programmed to do that, but when I saw him become free of that programming ... I felt that he was happy.

Blake: felt?

Weiss: how could you feel what he felt?

Ruby: I don't know it myself, I could just feel that he was happy.

Blake: I mean, I feel like if I was made to do that horrible stuff and then was able to not do it anymore, I would be happy too.

Yang: well girls, tonight was interesting, but (yawn) we should go back to sleep.

Ruby, Weiss, and Blake agreed and went to sleep. Rex stood by and watched until morning.

The next day rolled around and the girls woke up.

Ruby: morning everyone!

They said their mornings and got dressed as Rex went to Ruby with a package.

Rex: package, Ruby Rose.

Ruby: a package? From who? (Rex didn't say anything) hmm. (Opens the cylinder package and a lot of dog food came out and a dog too)

Blake: what's that?

Zwei: arf!

Ruby: (gasp) ZEWI! How are you?!

Zwei jumped onto Ruby and started licking her.

Ruby: that's a good boy!

Weiss: why was your dog in there?

Yang: oh, our dad sent him to us. Don't worry, he does this all the time.

Weiss: bringing the dog or putting him in the package?

While they were talking, Blake was avoiding Zwei until she got on top of Rex.

Weiss: well I'm not allowing such a foul and ... (looking at Zwei's puppy dog eye) cute creature! (Picks up Zwei) oh you're such a good boy! Who's a good boy? You are!

Blake eventually got down from Rex and apologized.

Weiss: alright girls, let's head to class.

Yang: but who's gonna take care of Zwei?

Ruby: he can take care of himself and you know that.

Yang: true.

Team RWBYR said their goodbyes to Zwei and they went to class as any other day.

[A/N]: I will not lie. I have forgotten parts of the show and since RoosterTeeth have gotten rid of it on YouTube, I can't watch it so I'm just relying on what I do know and other people's books on RWBY. So sorry about that.
