Is This Real Part 2

Disclaimer: While this is safe for work there are some semi-spicy moments just mostly kissing. But I hope you all enjoy it.

Recap: This is what happens after Misty comes home from waking up from that horrible but hot dream, she leaves DZ sleeping in bed and Munk came with her home to calm her down, Misty thought they were going to have a moment together but they didn't and she went inside and fell asleep with her cat on her bed. This is the next morning and you get to see the aftermath of that dream and how it affects her and maybe some day dreams with Munk 

BEEP BEEP BEEP

The alarm clock on Misty's nightstand went off, groaning a hand slipped out from under the covers and was feeling around on her nightstand, finding the alarm clock she hit the snooze button and went back to sleep. Milo woke up, stretching his paws out in front of him as he does, yawning. He made a few circles then plopped back down on the bed to go back to sleep.

30 minutes later

BEEP BEEP BEEP

Misty groaned again and Milo looked up from his sleeping position to stare at the alarm clock, decided it was evil and went back to sleep. Moving the covers off her head she stared at the time on the clock "SHIT!" She exclaimed loudly and bolted out of bed, making Milo meow with an angry meow and decide he too should get up and go find some breakfast. Misty on the other hand was rushing about getting dressed, she was going to be late if she didn't hurry up. Throwing her pjs off that she forgot she put on when she came home last night for a pair of her fave jeans, shirt, and her watch, slipping her shoes on and grabbing her water bottle and work lunch. She made it to the door when she heard Milo meow loudly "Oh sorry baby boy, I almost forgot." She quickly went back and put his food in his bowl and gave him his wet food and patted his head as he dug in she smiled and quickly grabbed her purse and opened it looking for her keys as she opened her door and looked up to a glowering looking skeleton standing there "Geezus DZ you almost gave me a heart attack." He just stood there looking down at her until he finally said "You left last night." Misty sighed out loud "DZ I don't have time for this, I'm going to be late for work and if I'm late one more time they're gonna fire me." He was the cause of her being late to work so much.

DZ stepped aside to allow her to leave her apartment, turning back to lock her door he said "We'll talk about this later then." She nodded and rushed out of the building leaving DZ at her front door, she quickly got into her car and rushed to her job within mere minutes of almost being late again. She was not looking forward to this "talk" they were going to have later and prayed the day dragged on.

The day was going by slowly which she was thankful for, she kept thinking about her dream last night and how it felt so real, she's never had a dream like that and it still kind of shook her to her core. Instinctively she checked her stomach for signs of a knife wound but didn't see anything, she breathed a sigh of relief and tried her hardest to focus on the customers. But with the day going by so slowly it was making Misty feel like she was about to fall asleep. She tried to keep herself awake but it was no use and she closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep. She was startled by a voice whispering "Good afternoon little elf girl." Mist jumped a bit and turned around to see Munk standing there and looked around making sure none of her other co-workers or managers saw him, but oddly enough the store was empty, turning back to him she said "Munk what are you doing here?" She was a bit frazzled by this and kept looking around making sure no one saw him, though her attention was brought back to him as he used his hand to move her face so they were looking at each other "I came here to see you silly." Misty blushed and was about to speak but she was interrupted by Munk kissing her hard and she kissed him back hard and he moved his hands down her body, realizing what was going on she broke the kiss "Munk we can't I'm at work."He had a hurt puppy dog look on his face "But Misty...Misty...Misty.." Suddenly she was being woken up by her work best friend Daniel "Hey Misty, you were sleeping. Better not let the managers catch you." She blushed from embarrassment that went to the tip of her pointed ears which she didn't hide because no one seemed to notice she was an elf, "Right, sorry. Did you need something?" He shook his head "No I don't need anything but some of us, after we get off are gonna go to the bar down the street do you want to come with?" Misty smiled and said a little too eagerly "YES!" He chuckled and she cleared her throat and said "I mean yeah that's cool, do you want to ride over there together?" He nodded "Yeah that'll be cool, see you later?" She nodded and they waved goodbye so they could get back to work. Misty was feeling a little more relaxed because it meant the talk she had to have with DZ was going to be put off just a little bit more. She got her phone out to text him of her newly developed plans..
