"So first day back, you excited?" Celia asks grabbing her bag from the door.

"it's our last first day at Chilton," Rory says joining Celia climbing into her car.

"Do we have time to stop by Luke's I need coffee?" Rory asks, the pair had been getting along better Celia had decided it was pointless to hold on to her anger towards Rory, they were sisters after all.

"Sure yeah, we have a while" Celia agrees, they quickly grab their coffee and make their way to Chilton.

"Celia!" Claire yells running over to her,

"Oh I've missed you, I can't believe you spent the summer with your grandparents" Celia smiles hugging her.

"I know I missed you so much" Claire laughs, as they walk back to their first-period

"Welcome back students I hope your summers were good now I want..." Celia settled into her new classes enjoying the learning.

"C come on" Rory dragged her along to the room they held the Franklin in.

"Hey Paris" Celia smiled, she and Paris had become closer through the Franklin acting civil to one another and often talking as neither girl was overly social.

"Celia please start us off" Ms Caldicott smiles handing Celia a stack of papers.

"Okay, I'd like to welcome everyone back to a great year on the Franklin, and for anyone new, I'm Celia and this is my twin Rory and we are the co-editors for this year" Celia smiles and begins to hand out assignments. Rory walks over to Celia as she is discussing an assignment with one of their new writers Rory snatches the stack of assignments off Celia.

"Rory wait-" Celia started but Rory shushed her and walked away.

"Celia" Ms Caldicott says waving her over,

"I know you and Rory are co-editors but I do really want you to take the reins on this" she insists. Celia knew that wasn't going to be an option, to Rory, Celia was just another person she could order around. Rory didn't seem concerned that Celia was the reason she was the editor, all she cared about was that she was the editor and that was that.

Celia loathed Friday night dinners every week they crept up on her.

"Hello girls" Emily greeted as they sat down at the dining table.

"I know your birthday is soon so me and your grandfather were thinking of throwing you a party" Emily smiles mostly talking to Rory barely addressing Celia.

"Oh wow grandma that would be lovely but" Rory smiles,

"We're throwing them a party Mom" Lorelai smiles through tight lips.

"Well who says there can't be 2 parties, Friday night we will have it, oh yes, I'll start planning right away" Emily smiled, to give Emily credit Celia had never seen her so excited.

"So how bad do you think it'll be?" Lorelai asks on their way t_o Luke's.

"Grandma has what just about 3 weeks? That is optimal time for her to buy doves, paint them pink, and train them to swarm out of a cake" Celia jokes,

"Oh god," Lorelai laughs and Rory just rolls her eyes a little.

"Hey," Celia smiles as Jess poured her a cup of coffee,
