Over a month has passed since the incident with Crimson and Homelander. Obe is currently training with War and Death, all the horsemen see Obe is training harder than usual. Another hour passes before War has the training stopped.
Obe: *panting* Why have we stopped father?
War: You're training harder than usual lately.
Obe: I'm fine.
Death: Don't lie to us Obe.
Fury: We just want to know why you're pushing yourself harder lately.
Strife: Yeah, we wanna help you Obe.
Obe: .... I just don't want to fail again.
War: What do you mean?
Obe: When I fought Hades, I had a flashback of my previous life. *the horsemen eyes widen at this as he lowers his head* Specifically, it was when he killed my love from there.
War: Obe-
Obe: I'm not finished. I had those thoughts when I fought the Son. By all means, I should've died in that fight, but he was toying with me the whole time. The moment before you all saved me, I had flashes on what would've happened if I wasn't there to defend everyone if I had died. I would've lost everything again. *turns into demonic Sith and voice gets demonic* I don't want to be weak anymore. I refuse to lose everything again.
War: *places a hand on Obe's shoulder as he reverts back* You aren't weak Obe, you're strong in your own right.
Obe: I need to get stronger though.
War: I understand. *looks at the other horsemen, they give him a nod as he turns back to Obe* In that case, it's time for you to learn from different teachers. *Obe looks at him confused* Follow us.
The horsemen lead Obe to a secluded place in Hell, blocked by a door.
Obe: What is this place?
War: Where you will find the strength you need. Many times has reality been reset, but the Creator never wanted the realities he made to cease to exist. Many beings were considered very powerful in such realities, you will be trained by six of the beings behind this door.
The horsemen proceed to open the door, six figures walk out as the light reveals them.
