Time passed as Nikei kept reading the books on the shelf as he started to get bored and wonder where Mikado was..
Child Nikei:"..."
(Child Nikei's pov:"Where is Mikado? Did something happen to him..?..")
Child Nikei:"Hm.."
After some time.. The small door is finally opened as Mikado enters with a plate of food.
Child Mikado:"S-sorry for being late... I had a hard time convincing the caretakers to let me leave with my food.."
Child Nikei:"And... they let you do that?"
Child Mikado:"W-well.. caretakers here are usually.. a little laid-back.. Uh.. maybe a lot of it.. b-but I-I just told them that I wanted to eat in the dorms a-and they told me to just not dirty my or the other children's beds..."
Child Nikei:"I see.. but.. why did you bring your food anyway?"
Child Mikado:"W-well.. for you! So you can eat it!"
Child Nikei:"For.. me?"
Mikado nods his head.
Child Nikei:"But.. what are you going to eat afterwards?"
Child Mikado:"O-oh.. I'll just eat the candy in the box.. hehe."
Child Nikei:"You.. prefer to eat something else and not.. a real dinner?"
Child Mikado:"Y-yes! I-I just wanted you to have it.. don't wowwy about me.."
Child Nikei:"Uh.. you know we can share the dinner then eat candy as desert,right?"
Child Mikado:"..."
Child Nikei:"Mikado?"
Child Mikado:"..."
Child Nikei:"You.. you didn't know that you could do that,huh?
Child Mikado:"... Y-yes... um.. s-sowwy..."
Child Nikei:"It's okay..."
Nikei then takes the plate.
Child Nikei:"Let's dig in and just enjoy the food.."
Child Mikado:"Um.. o-okay..."
After a moment,they both started to eat the food as both of them were enjoying it.
Child Nikei:"The food is.. That's pretty good.."
Child Mikado:"I know,right..? The caregivers really try their best.."
After some time,they finished it since they shared it and then ate some of the snacks in the box on the small shelf as desert.
Child Mikado:"My belly is fuuuuuulll...."
Child Nikei:"Me too.. it was nice.. thanks for.. bringing some food.."
Child Mikado:"You're welcome..."

Child Nikei:"Hm.. shouldn't you return to see the caregivers before they think you -"
Child Mikado:"Eeeh! I-I forgot..!.."
