"HEY EVERYONE wake up"
After that I open the door in my right side. Si manong driver ay nauna sa akin na bumababa dahil bubuksan nya pa ang likuran. While walking papunta sa likod ay umuunat ako. I feel a little bit pain in my back. Maybe because we travel for almost fifteen hours. It's already 10A.M. in the morning.
Bumungad sa amin ni kuyang driver ang pagkarami rami naming gamit. Well is it because we live here for- I think for a few months? I don't know. Binuhat ko ang isang malaking bag at isang back pack. Since I notice my friends are still asleep so I shouted again. "EVERYONE!! Wake up! Marami pa tayong aayusin oh."
"Oo na, Eto na" Sabi ni Oliver na kakagising lang din. Nag-inat inat sya. Naglakad ako papunta doon sa may pintuan ng bahay. Infernes malaki itong mansion na binili ng Dad ni Oliver. Ewan ko ba kung bakit kaya kami pinauna ng Dad ni Oliver. Buti nalang talaga we graduated last year.
Kaya kahit tumira kami dito ng matagal tagal ay okay lang. Pumayag naman ang mga parents namin na dito muna kami. Nangako rin kasi ang dad ni Oliver na bibigyan naman daw nya kami ng weekly allowance.
After a few minutes I already inside of the mansion. Bumungad agad sakin ang sala. I don't know why but something feels strange inside of the house. Bukod sa creepy feeling kasi madilim at Nakatakip pa ng puting tela ang mga gamit may something na kakaiba talaga. Yung feeling na may something na mabigat sayo.
Nilapag ko ang bag na bitbit ko sa center table na nasa sala. Nakita ko agad ang mga alikabok na nagsilabasan dahil sa pagbagsak ng mga nilapag ko. Kung marumi ang mansion that means we need to spend much time only for cleaning it.
Tinignan ko ang buong paligid. It became more when I realized that I'm the only one inside of this mansion.While looking around something caught my attention. I saw a family Portrait. Pero ang portrait na yun ay hindi ang pamilya ni Oliver. Hindi ko alam kung sino ang subjects na nasa painting.
"That portrait is belongs to the previous owners of this house."
Halos napatalon ako sa gulat dahil biglang nagsalita si Oliver. I look back and I see the man wearing white jacket and black pants. He also has a blonde hair and metal framed eye glasses. He put the box he lifted on the center table. And walk towards me. Until he is in my right side.
"That portrait is been here for almost 200 years." Oliver said while yung tingin nya ay nakapako doon sa portrait. "I don't know why after so many years wala man lang ni-isa sa members ng family ang nakaalala to take this."Then he look at me. He look so serious. It feels like something bothering on him. "You know what,there is something mysterious in this house. Based on the caretaker of this house. This is build almost 400 years ago but this house still standing."
I only smirk at him. Then I cross my arms."Siguro uso pa naman ang renovation diba? Baka pinapa-renovate nila to. Kasi sino ang bibili ng ancient house na tinayo for almost 400 years ago."
Umayos sya ng tayo the he touch his chin. Nakita kong nakakunot ang noo nya. Na parang may tumatakbo sa isip nya. He look away for few seconds and look back at me. "That's the big Question here." Oliver said. Napalingon ako at nagulat dahil nasa likod namin si Kevin at Roselle. Kanina pa pala sila nakikinig. "Kasi when my dad learns about it. Nagpatawag agad sya Architect,Engineer at Archeologists. They said this house is Ancient. Hindi daw makikitaan ng Renovation."
"Hindi kaya marupok na tong bahay nato?" Kevin ask while looking at Oliver. "Bro baka mapahamak tayo nito. Mamaya gumuho tong bahay ang laki laki pa naman nito." Sabi ni Kevin habang nakahawak sa noo nya.
"Bro, Huwag kang masyadong praning."Oliver said. " I know you want to protect Roselle from any danger that can cause to trigger her dark past. But don't be overthinker. Sa tingin mo ba bibilhin namin to kung marupok at hindi matibay tong bahay?"
"Okay, Sabi mo eh. Kukunin ko lang ibang gamit." Pagtapos nun ay tumalikod na sila ni Roselle at lumabas ng mansion. Naiwan kaming dalawa ni Oliver sa loob. After a few seconds ay lumakad papalapit si Oliver sa isang bag at may kinuhang pahabang kulay itim.
He open the flashlight and the light illuminated in front of him. "Stay here, Hahanapin ko lang ang switch for electricity." After nun ay nagsimulang maglakad si Oliver papalayo sakin. Papunta syang kitchen sa likod ng hagdan. While watching him walking towards the kitchen something caught my attention.
Nakita ko ang lalaki sa taas ng hagdan. He's wearing a all black suit with violet necktie. Yung buhok nya hanggang balikat pero ang creepy dahil yung mga mata nya ay bilog lang na kulay puti. May kilay naman sya at ilong ang wala lang ay bibig. You want to know what makes him more creepy? He has a horns. Pero kakaiba ang sungay na yun dahil para syang sa reindeer. He look at me. After I blink he's gone.
"Hey, Are you okay?" Halos mapatalon ako sa gulat dahil biglang humawak sa balikat ko si Roselle at nagsalita. Nakahinga naman ako ng maluwag after a few seconds. "Their something bothering you? Tell me, And I would listen."
Medyo napaisip ako dahil parang gusto kong sabihin sa kanya ang nakikita ko kaso baka kasi mamaya makaapekto pa yun sa mental health nya. So I decided keep it to myself. I touch her hands that holding my shoulder and look at her then smile. "Don't worry l'm fine. I'm just want to see that Oliver is safe."
After those words came out my mouth the lights finally turn on. The light illuminated in the first floor of the house. And I look back again to Oliver. I see him walking back to us. Nakahinga ako ng maluwag na safe sya.
Pero kahit na maliwanag na ay medyo hindi parin talaga ang pakiramdam ko sa mansion na'to. It feels the same even the light already illuminated here in the first floor. Mabigat pa rin ang feeling. Ang gumugulo ngayon sa utak ko ay ang lalaking yun. How did he disappear in a split seconds?
Napalingon ako sa likod ko at ngayon ko lang napansin na lahat pala ng bags at gamit namin ay nandito sa loob ng mansion. Maya maya pa ay narinig ko ang footsteps ni Oliver. Huminto sya sa amin ni Roselle. Si Kevin naman ay lumapit rin samin.
"Since Vincent are not here yet. Tayo munang apat ang bahalang maglinis nito."
Sabi ni Oliver tsaka nya kinuha ang Baguio na walis tambo at sinimulang tanggalin ang kumot at walisin ang alikabok na nalaglag mula sa kumot. And then after that he sweeping the dust on the floor. And then after a few he stop suddenly and look at us. He look so serious.
"Sabi ko nga maglilinis din kami." After that kinuha ko ang duster. Basahan at timba naman ang kinuha ni Roselle. Habang Mop at sawsawan nun ang kinuha ni Kevin. And then we seperate each other to clean all the things in the first floor more faster.
I start to remove the white blanket of the chairs in the dinner room and after that I remove the dust on it using duster. While removing the dust something caught my attention. There a glass door and I see outside on it. Lumabas ako dun at nakita ko ang napakagandang garden. And there's a white statue on the center.
The statue is so very detailed and it made me confused if it's made out of clay or made out of corpse of a man. The statue is about the angel stepping on the devil while pointing a sword. Its so very amazing but at the same time creepy and eerie. Especially on the devil because it's look so real.

IT'S ALREADY evening pero hindi parin natatapos linisin buong bahay. Nasa first floor palang kami pero nakakapagod. Sa sobrang pagod ay nakalimutan na namin kumain at gusto nalang namin ay matulog. And naramdaman ko agad na bumigat ang talukap ko at hinayaan na pumikit ang mga mata ko at para makapagpahinga.
