Chapter 10: Confrontation

The tension in the mansion had reached a boiling point. The recent incident had left YN feeling exposed and overwhelmed. With her brothers doing their best to shield her from the harsh realities of their world, YN felt a growing need to confront them about the secrets they were keeping. This confrontation would lead to a heartfelt discussion that would reshape their family dynamics.

In the Living Room:

YN paced restlessly in the living room, her mind racing with thoughts of her brothers' hidden lives. The weight of their secrecy was becoming unbearable. Determined to get answers, she summoned her courage and called for a family meeting.

Jin, RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook gathered in the living room, their expressions a mix of concern and curiosity. YN stood in front of them, her resolve clear.

"Everyone, I need to talk," YN began, her voice trembling but firm. "I can't keep pretending that everything is okay. I need to know the truth about what's happening."

Jin looked at her with a pained expression. "YN, we've been trying to protect you. This world is dangerous, and we didn't want to burden you with it."

YN's eyes were filled with frustration. "But hiding the truth from me only makes things worse. I feel like I'm living in a bubble, and it's suffocating. I need to understand what's really going on."

RM's voice was calm but serious. "We understand your frustration, but there are aspects of our lives that are too dangerous for you to be involved in."

YN shook her head, her voice breaking. "I'm not asking to be involved. I just want to know the truth. I deserve that, don't I?"

In the Secure Room:

The family moved to the secure room, a place where they could talk freely without the risk of being overheard. YN took a deep breath, trying to steady herself as they gathered around.

Suga, his face serious, said, "We've been involved in the mafia world for years. It's a dangerous and complex world. Our goal has always been to protect you from the risks associated with it."

YN's voice was filled with anguish. "But why couldn't you trust me with this? I've seen the photographs, and I know there's more you're not telling me."

J-Hope stepped forward, his expression compassionate. "It's not about trust. It's about keeping you safe. We've made difficult choices to shield you from the dangers that come with our world."

YN looked at each of her brothers, her eyes pleading for understanding. "I feel like a prisoner in my own home. I want to be a part of this family fully, not just in the parts where it's safe."

Jimin's voice was gentle but firm. "We're trying to find a balance. We want to protect you, but we also want to be honest with you. It's a difficult line to walk."

In YN's Room:

Later, YN was in her room, her mind still reeling from the confrontation. She sat by the window, staring out at the garden, when Jin entered quietly.

Jin took a seat beside her, his voice soft. "YN, I know this is hard. We've been trying to shield you from the dangers, but I realize now that we've also been keeping you in the dark."

YN turned to him, her eyes filled with tears. "I just want to be a part of this family, Jin. I don't want to be kept away from the truth. It's hurting more than it's helping."

Jin's expression was one of deep regret. "I understand. We've been trying to protect you, but we should have found a better way to include you in our lives. I'm sorry for the pain this has caused."
