Chapter 6

Karkats POV

I didn't even know that I had fallen asleep, but when I woke up I saw Jade attached to me. I got up and got my stuff ready for school.

"W-Wait Karkat," I turn around to see her bright green eyes staring at me. "P-Please don't leave me... Its so cold."

"SORRY JADE, PEOPLE ARE GONNA GET SUSPICIOUS IF I DONT GO TO SCHOOL TODAY. HERES A BLANKET." I toss her a warm blanket and she wraps it around herself. She lays back down and I leave for school.

~Time skip to when our good old friend, Karkat gets to school~

I arrived at hell, I mean school, and I met up with Ampora and Serket. But Vriska wasn't there today.

"Hey Kar."

"HEY AMPORA."

"So people havve been talkin' about howw Jade hasn't been here for a feww days."

"HMPH, IDIOTS."

"Someone informed the police about it, Kar."

"WHAT?! WHO?"

"Terezi, she said that she ovverheard you and Jade talkin' and you're a prime subject." Oh shit. Oh fuck.

"YOURE JOKING RIGHT?"

"I wwish I wwas.."

"IM SO FUCKED! HOW DID TEREZI EVEN KNOW?"

"Like I said before, she ovverheard you twwo talkin'"

"SHE STILL COULDN'T SEE ME AND KANKRI DO THIS! ALL SHE SEES ARE BLURS."

"Wwell she obvviously can see more than just blurs." Great now I'm panicking. This can't be fucking happening. Out of all the people to find me suspicious its the blind girl.

"Kar calm dowwn I promise it'll be okay." I take a deep breath.

"I have a plan..."

"Wwoah you're not yelling for once!"

"Shut the fuck up. Here's the plan."

Jades POV

Oh. My. God! This was so boring! Yes, I was relieved that Karkat wasn't here to hurt me, or attempt to rape me, but I-

I missed him! No no no Jade! You are not going to fall for Karkat Vantas! The same person who's kidnapped you 2 times, and put the person you're really in love with in the hospital!

Great now I'm talking to myself... I grab a pillow and hug it tightly. God this sucks so-

Is that my phone?!?! Oh my god it is. I grab it and I start putting the password in until I drop the phone. I look down to see blood pouring out my side.

"Please don't go into another rant. I really don't want to hear you right now.." I say, holding my side. I lift my hand up and it's now covered in blood. I let out a cry because of the pain.
