Panchito never mentions his name to Donald and Josè. You only know his name because it's in the credits.
But the credits don't even mention his last name.
Most resources say his last name is Pistoles.
But according to an episode of House of Mouse, his full name is Panchito Romero Miguel Juninpero Fransisco Quintero Gonzalez.
But that name was altered in Legend of the Three Caballeros where they took Juninpero out of this name and added 'the third'.
