Not an official debut
This is the first time we see Panchito on film, but it wasn't his debut in the Disney universe.
He was previously seen in text stories like La Piñata.
The first time he starred in a story was a ten-page story named after him (Panchito) where his love interest was Clara Cluck.
To be fair, all those stories were written to promote The Three Caballeros, so maybe it is his official debut.
