I walked inside my office and sat up on the chair. I called daisy to ask about the presentation for tonight.
"It's all done boss! We have to leave in an hour." Daisy replied.
"Okay! Where is the meeting held?!" I asked.
"It's in the downtown!" Daisy replied.
"Oh! Then let's get all ready for the meeting and is the project all complete and perfect?!" I asked.
"Yes boss! Everything is set." Daisy answered.
I nodded my head.
We are on the way to meeting Hall. I reached there thinking about the things Marry had said. It was giving me a little headache. We reached there.
The meeting was for the best employees and the best teamwork. Everyone was present there including Mr. Kim😮💨. He was smirking at me as I sat on the opposite side of him.
Kris was the presenter of my project. He was looking so nervous. I went near him as he was looking more nervous. I whispered in his ear,
"Don't be the nervous one. Just do well as always." I said and backed off.
He nodded feeling a little bit of relaxed.
I sat on my place and my gaze caught a couple of eyes looking at me. I looked at him. He was 'THE MR. KIM', I ignored him as the meeting started.
Kris started giving the presentation and I was looking at him very concentrated. He was shuttering a little but he did well. No one was satisfied by him. I looked over them as they were a awkward silence. Mr. Kim was again smiling at me evilly. I looked at Kris and started clapping my hands. Seeing me clapping everyone around me clapped. Kris head was held as he heard the sound he looked at me.
I nodded at him as indicating him that he did well. Mr. Kim's smile started fading. He looked at both of us as I nodded to Kris.

Next presentation was given by Mr. Kim's company. Not gonna lie but his employees did a really good job.
It's time for the decision now. Obviously, Mr. Kim's team won. I appreciated them and everyone went out of there as the meeting has been ended. I tapped Kris's back saying, "you did well! It's okay if we lost this!". I was walking outside as a person blocked my way.
" Let go Mr. Kim!" I said.
"Let's go for a party. Drinks on me!" Kalix said.
"Thanks for the honor but not interested now!" I said.
"Are you for real?! I've been trying to be friendly with you but you?!" He exclaimed.
"Who said that I want to be a friend with you?!" I said.
