     "I’m really curious what she looks like. Maybe blonde hair, blue eyes?" he wondered.

     Jungkook laughed. "Dude, you’ve been watching too many movies! Not every new student is gonna be this gorgeous blonde bombshell."

     Jimin shrugged. "A guy can dream, right?"

     When they reached school, they made their way to their first class. As soon as they walked into the classroom, Jimin's eyes darted to the girl who’d just come in. His jaw dropped; she was a total knockout.

     "Whoa, she’s beautiful," Jimin whispered to Jungkook, completely mesmerized.

     Jungkook shot a glance her way and rolled his eyes. Sure, she was cute, but c’mon. Jimin had a serious thing for hot girls, especially blondes. And this girl, Rose, was definitely Jimin's type.

     Honestly, Jimin had a massive crush on Rose since the moment he laid eyes on her. "Okay, okay, she’s definitely cute, but I’m so over hearing about it. Seriously, Jimin, just go tell her you’re into her already!" Jungkook urged.

     "Hey, chill! I don’t have a crush on her or anything. She’s just super hot, that’s all." He finished with a slight blush creeping onto his cheeks.

     "Right, and that’s why you haven’t stopped gushing about her since school started," Jungkook teased, rolling his eyes.

     Jimin shot him a glare. "Alright, alright, I’ll knock it off." Jungkook chuckled at him.

     As the day went on, Jungkook found himself helping Jimin figure out how to catch Rose's attention.

     Jungkook wasn’t too keen on getting involved, but hey, Jimin was his best bud.

     "I think I’m gonna ask her if she wants to study for the math test together," Jimin said, a fierce look in his eyes.

     Jungkook nodded. "Good call! And maybe throw in an invite for a movie this weekend, you know?" He winked at Jimin.

     Jimin grinned, "Of course! I’m Jimin, after all... I know how to get what I want!" He winked back.

     "Exactly! That’s why you  asked her ages ago," Jungkook remarked with an eye roll.

     "Just shut up!" Jimin whispered.

     After finishing up their lunch, Jimin noticed Rose chilling all by herself at a nearby table.

      "This is it!" he said, popping up and strolling over to her.

     "You got this, Jimin-ah!" Jungkook yelled, full of encouragement.

     Jungkook couldn’t help but feel a bit anxious as Jimin started chatting it up with Rose. He couldn’t catch any of the convo, but he could tell Jimin was winning her over with his usual charm.

     "I just hope she doesn't turn him down," he said quietly to himself. He really didn’t want to see his best bud bummed out and heartbroken.

     A few minutes later, Jimin came back to their table, grinning from ear to ear. "She said yes! We’re studying together after school tomorrow!"

     Jungkook beamed back. "Nice one, Jimin! Looks like your thing for hot girls finally paid off!" he joked.

     "Hey, come on! Rose isn’t like that, she's different," Jimin shot back, his cheeks turning pink.

     "Oh my gosh, where’s Park Jimin...? Where's my flirty buddy? What happened to him?" Jungkook asked, pretending to be super concerned, his eyes wide like saucers.

     "Ugh, quit being so dramatic!" Jimin replied, doing his best to look offended while a smile crept onto his face. Jungkook couldn’t help but smile back.

     The rest of the day zipped by, and before they knew it, school was out.
