Jennie and Lisa were chilling at their usual spot in the cafeteria, super excited for Taehyung to show up. Lisa was all about having him join their table today, even though Jennie wasn't really feeling it.

She had her doubts about getting along with the grumpy dude, but there wasn’t much she could do now.

"I can’t believe we’re actually waiting for him," Jennie huffed, tapping her fingers on the table like she was trying to summon him.

Lisa was busy scanning the room, searching for Taehyung. She met him at the café yesterday and found him surprisingly chill. She was pumped to introduce him to her bestie.

"He should be here any minute now," Lisa said, a little too excited.

Then, out of nowhere, Jennie said she needed to hit the bathroom and stood up. But in doing so, she accidentally bumped into someone, and before she knew it, a drink was all over her clothes.

She felt that warm, sticky mess on her shoulder and spun around, glaring at the guy who did it. He was this tall, lanky dude with a crooked smile that looked kind of sheepish.

"Woah, woah, hold your horses," the guy said, raising his hands like he was innocent. "I might’ve, you know, accidentally spilled this on you. My bad."

"Accidental?" Jennie rolled her eyes, raising an eyebrow. "Yeah, right. You just wanted to show off your clumsiness, didn’t you?"

When Lisa mentioned Taehyung, Jennie thought it was another guy, but nope, it was the school heartthrob. Wow.

"Hey, I was just heading over to that table," he said, nodding towards Lisa’s table. "It wouldn’t happen to be where you’re off to, would it?" Jennie wasn't having any of it.

"Seriously? You think you can distract me with your lame excuses? Not buying it."

"Woah, easy there, tiger," he said, chuckling at her reaction.

"It's not nonsense. It's fact. You're at fault too!"

"Fact?" Jennie scoffed. "More like a bad dream." He chuckled, throwing his hands up in frustration.

       "You know, you're pretty feisty."

"And you," she shot back, her voice dripping with sarcasm, "are totally clueless."

"Well, at least we can agree on one thing," he said, finally noticing the stain on her shirt.

"I definitely owe you a new shirt. Maybe one with a BTS logo?" he joked, a playful grin spreading across his face.

"That's a big no from me," Jennie replied, shaking her head. "But if you’re so desperate to impress me, how about offering me a drink? I’m sure you can find something better than... whatever that was." He held up his empty cup, a faint smile on his lips.

"Sadly, I'm all out. But if you're looking for a good time, there's this place with amazing tacos. You know, to make up for the spill and all."

"Tacos?" Jennie smirked, a spark of interest in her eyes. "You might be onto something."

"Good," he said, finally introducing himself.

    "I'm Taehyung."

"Ok, grumpy old man."

"Jennie," she replied, extending a hand.

"I'm sorry for last time, I was a jerk to you," Taehyung said, apologizing.

"It's cool, grumpy old man. Apology accepted." She smirked.

"Oh, thanks, annoying girl," Jennie rolled her eyes but smiled.

"Thank God, I thought you two were gonna fight or something," Lisa said, shaking her head at them. Both turned to look at Lisa.

Taehyung smiled, "Hi, Lisa," he said. She blushed, "Hi, Taehyung."

"I'd totally win if we fought," Jennie smirked as Taehyung snorted, "Wanna try?"

"Of course not," Jennie said, and they all burst out laughing.

As they continued their lunch, the trio engaged in light-hearted banter and shared stories from their past.

By the end of the meal, Jennie admitted that Taehyung wasn't as grumpy as she first thought. In fact, she found herself liking his company and looking forward to their next lunch together.

As they headed to their next class, Taehyung turned to Lisa and Jennie with a mischievous glint in his eye. "I'll see you tomorrow, annoying girl," he teased, earning a playful shove from Jennie.

"Bye, Lisa," he said with a wide smile as a blush crept onto Lisa's cheeks; she waved.

Cute.
