Kakashi watches that happen he still isnt in the right mindset so he cant process the things going on right now
And he actually faints the last words he heard was

He suddenly woke up in the konoha hospital

"Kakashi sensei dont get up so fast you'll open your wounds!"

"Oh someone kept you outside the hospital! You were deeply injured so we took you in quickly"

"Ahh no wonder... He even put an cloak on you so you dont feel cold..? I dont know he just kept one on you" Sakura said

"Well its not THAT bad so yea few days if you have enough strength"
"Ah okay.." He feels tired... He tries fall asleep

"I saw how rin died... And i was in rage and i thought you killed her so i became like this and i worked with madara... But when i found out she died i was guilty so i kept an close eye on so you die or get hurt because..

Kakashi was guilty when rin was mentioned

He gently touches the eye with sharingan on kakashis eye

Obito suddenly moves closer to him and gives an gentle pec aka a kiss on kakashi's forehead
Kakashi falls asleep in his arms
"Hm.. Cute..." He gently puts kakashi down on thr bed and gets up
"Well i have to go kashi take care..." He disappears
