The room was silent. If you drop a pin on the floor you will hear it's sound clearly. There's a door only without any window. The white walls were shining and the man on the bed was sitting quietly with his handcuffed and hanging down his head low. He had a smirk on his face as he looked at the white floor until he heard the opening sound of the door.
The guards came in and stood in front of him with polished iron rod in their hand.
- Get up it's your time to go.
One guard said and tapped his shoulder lightly with the rod which made the man sitting on the bed chuckle.
- So she also wants to try her luck huh?
The man looked at the guard and received a punch on his face but it only made him laugh. Coughing a little the man again looked at the guard with his dark eyes and kicked on the guards balls within a second making the guard groan in pain.
- Y-you r-rascal.
The guard groaned and the man kicked him in his stomach but soon the other guards hold him tightly as he started to laugh like a maniac.
- Yes I'm a rascal and it's your luck that you aren't alone here with me. This pets of yours are with you now so you will live for some days.
The man laughed crazily after saying this as the guard on the floor stood up and slapped on his left cheek.
- Shut your fucking mouth. Let's get him there. The doctor is waiting.
The guard announced and the man was pulled by the other guards behind him. As soon as he came out of his room and stepped out in the corridor of the hospital he received a bunch of eyes on him. He is a terrible serial killer and psychopath who is feared by all. Before this he was kept in this hospital and taken to many doctors but each time he either caused them some harm or scared them away.
And today he is being taken to another doctor who will start his checkups today and he is having more fun because he found out the doctor is a woman.

I was in my cabin sitting on my chair as I was looking on my new patient's file who will arrive anytime soon. I am a psychiatrist and I joined this hospital two days ago and from that day I have been hearing about a patient who is a serial killer and mentally ill moreover he has multiple personality disorder.
I was looking through the file just as I heard the door open and saw the guards holding the man with a strange look in his eyes. A smirk was decorating on his lips as he looked at me darkly. I looked at him for sometimes then diverted my gaze towards the guard as he bowed to me and I gave it back respectfully.
