Back to Zachary, Master smiled to see them with the loot and invited them to enter the ultra-dimensional gap.

As they get past it, one hundred surveillance cameras, with red eyes without pupils, started to scan every angle of their cyber bodies.

Inside, the place looked like a giant laboratory, filled with machinery of every kind and every extravagance. And maybe it was even bigger than that, considering the big gates in the distance that reminded those at the Cyborg Containment Structure.

«Give me the sword.»

They gave it and she put it in a plane surface full of buttons. An arm attached to the wall approached her a monitor. She turned it on and words of an unknown language, unfamiliar even to Ninetynine, started to appear.

Then, a popup showed up a digital version of the sword.

«Good. In this universe there are almost the same energies... so if I calibrate these subatomic particles and these electromagnetic waves...»

«Where were you from again?» Asked Terry.

She was so focused that ignored him like he was not there.

She activated a switch: another mechanical arm, holding a projector, scanned the weapon.

After a few seconds, it turned towards them and some sparks dazed.

A hologram of the old man materialized.

«Fumimaro... YoiKen. Exclusive Chef of "Soy Sauce Dreams"... fourth successor of YoiKen family... I see mafia hierarchies are not that different here.»

The hologram disappeared and another console was activated.

The scientist moved at a fast pace, like the cooks did in the kitchen.

Ninetynine threw a bored breath: «Meanwhile she plays around with her reward, can we have ours, Zachary?»

«Of course.»

He showed her a chip and the cyborg scanned it with the palm of the hand, receiving two hundred thousand credits.

In the same moment, liquid fluids inside a big glass cylinder were lit by a magenta colour.

The glass opened and the tub emptied, making a nude body slipping. They recognized him.

«Ah, gross», Terry was disgusted, «you make experiments like the Government.»

«Ehy! I have my own reason to make them!» Justified Master, covering with a cloak the old man.

«I... w-where am I?» He noticed the cyborgs, «you! My sword!»

He hastened to the weapon to reclaim it, tearing it from the hand of the mechanical arm at the wall.

«E-ehy, wait! Before you tear down the laboratory!»

Master took him apart, talking to him privately.

«Ninetynine, can you hear them?»

«No. There are interferences in this place that freeze my headphones. I don't like it.»

She watched Zachary, who answered with his lips: "Don't worry. Just wait a little longer".

Both bored, they kept watching the scientist gesticulate up and down while explaining, almost with passion of whatever she was saying. If only she turned a little, it could have been easy to read his lips.
