Anav's POV
"I want a daughter like you," I blurted out before I could stop myself.
She stopped laughing and blushed, looking down.
I cleared my throat and shifted the conversation.
"Dhara..in three days, we'll go to college and get you enrolled in the BA course. Okay?"
"Okay," she replied.
We spent the entire day chatting and laughing heartily. In the evening, we prepared dinner together, and I realized how many favorites we had in common.
Finally, we retired to our room at night.
She was facing the opposite direction. Before marriage, I had control over my desires, but now, lying beside my wife, my untouched body yearned to connect with hers. Yet, I had to be sure she desired it too. With a heart full of anticipation, I reached out and gently placed my hand on her waist. Her body responded with a soft, involuntary tremor, and I could feel the warmth of her skin through the fabric of her suit. Slowly, I began to draw delicate circles on her stomach, gradually moving closer to the alluring curve of her neck. Her scent wrapped around me, intoxicating and irresistible.
"Dhara," I whispered.
"Hm?" Her voice was barely a whisper, but it sent a wave of excitement through me, knowing that she felt the same way I did.
"What do you think about us?" I asked, my lips brushing gently against the nape of her neck.
Her breath quickened, becoming shallow and uneven. "I... I'm not sure."
Gathering my courage, I confessed, "I want to take our relationship to the next level."She was silent, reflecting on my words.
"Dhara," I began hesitantly, "can... can we deepen our connection? Can we share that intimate bond?"
She turned to face me, and my heart skipped a beat.
"What do you mean?""Can we consummate?" I repeated, feeling more vulnerable than ever.
"What do you mean?" she asked, her innocence clear.
I took a deep breath. "Can we have sex?" I bit my lower lip, feeling the weight of my request. Despite being married, the question felt forbidden, like I was breaking some unspoken rule.
With a softness in her voice, she asked, "I'm not quite sure I understand. Could you explain it to me?"
How could I possibly convey such a delicate sentiment?
She continued, her eyes seeking clarity, "You know, like when we say 'I'm resting' or 'Shall we dine?', could you explain it in that way?"
I took a deep breath, searching for the right words. "It's... well, I'm asking if we can share an intimate connection, a moment where our souls and bodies intertwine. It's a natural and tender expression that every couple share."
Her gaze met mine, still puzzled. "Could you describe the process?"
Wait
Fuck.
"Dhara," I began softly, "do you know about reproduction?"
She shook her head, and I sighed. "Didn't you learn about it in school?" I know this is a taboo topic but we all have studied this a bit in school.
