The sun hung high in the sky, casting a golden hue over Los Angeles as the family gathered in the living area of their suite. They had spent the morning exploring the hotel's amenities, enjoying the pool and soaking in the luxurious atmosphere. But now it was time to get to work.

Jonathan, Chloe, Ruthy, and Gape huddled around a laptop, ready to embark on the task of selecting actors for the movie. They logged into the secure website provided by Horizon Pictures, which contained profiles of various actors recommended for the roles.

"Alright, let's see what we've got," Jonathan said, clicking on the first profile. "First up is someone named Jack Collins."

A headshot of a ruggedly handsome man with piercing blue eyes filled the screen. His résumé listed a number of action films and dramatic roles.

"Jack Collins, huh?" Ruthy mused, leaning closer to the screen. "He looks like he could handle playing you, Jon."

Jonathan nodded thoughtfully. "He's got the look, but can he capture my charm?" he said with a smirk.

Chloe laughed. "Let's add him to the list and keep looking."

They moved on to the next profile. "This is Lila Hart," Chloe read aloud. The screen displayed a photo of a young woman with vibrant red hair and a confident smile. Her résumé highlighted her versatility, with roles in both comedies and serious dramas.

"I like her," Ruthy said. "She's got a spark. Could be a good fit for me."

Gape scrolled to the next actor. "Here's someone named Ethan Rivers." The image showed a tall, athletic man with dark hair and a thoughtful expression. His work included several indie films and a recent breakout role in a sci-fi series.

"He looks intense," Jonathan commented. "Could be good for Gape's role, considering how serious he's become."

Gape shook his head, chuckling. "Remember, during that time I was a goofy stoner. We need someone who can bring that energy."

Chloe nodded in agreement. "You're right. We need someone with a lighter, more humorous vibe for Gape."

They continued scrolling until they came across the profile of a young actor named Tyler Moore. His picture showed him grinning widely, his eyes twinkling with mischief. His résumé included a mix of comedy films and television shows, where he often played the funny, laid-back character.

"Tyler Moore," Chloe read. "He looks like he could be a good fit for the role of Gape during his stoner days."

Gape looked at the profile and laughed. "Yeah, he definitely has that goofy vibe. I think he could pull it off."

"Alright, let's add him to the list," Jonathan said, making a note.

They continued browsing, coming across various actors and actresses, each bringing their own unique qualities to the table. Chloe paused at a profile of a woman named Jenna Brooks. "I think she could play me," she said, pointing to the screen. Jenna had a warm smile and a graceful presence, with a résumé that included both leading and supporting roles in a variety of genres.

"I like her," Tony agreed. "She has a real natural look."

As they compiled their list, Jane wandered over, curious about what they were doing. "Can I help?"

Chloe smiled and patted the seat next to her. "Sure, sweetie. We're picking actors for the movie."

Jane's eyes lit up. "Cool! Can I see?"

They showed her the profiles they had selected so far, and Jane nodded approvingly. "They look good. Can I pick someone too?"

Jonathan chuckled. "Of course. Who do you want to pick?"
