ATTENTION: I've removed the chapter 'Rimuru & Shizue! 🍋' and integrated its story elements into this chapter. The reason for this change is that writing explicit content isn't really my style or strength. Moving forward, there may be hints of sexual situations, but there won't be any explicit content.

It had been a few hours since Kaval and his party had left Tempest, and at this moment, inside a quiet house, Shizu gently stroked Rimuru's hair as he rested his head in her lap.
"Was it really necessary, Rimuru-san?" Shizu asked softly, her fingers gently threading through his hair. "Did you have to spread false news of my death?"
"Hmm... I won't say it is necessary, but it is going to lead to a lot of fun interactions with two interesting people," Rimuru replied with a playful grin on his face. "And fortunately, you do know these two people quite well."
"Oh, do tell, who are these interesting people?" Shizu asked, her curiosity piqued as she looked at her lover.
"Well, Hinata and Yuki, of course," Rimuru said, grinning as he watched Shizu's eyes widen in surprise.
"Wait a minute! Are you talking about my former students?" she asked, and the playful look in his eyes answered her question. "What did they do to catch your attention? And why would they have upset you?"
"No, they haven't done anything yet, but they will once they hear the news," Rimuru smirked. "Honestly, Shizu, didn't you notice how troublesome both of those problem children can be? Especially Yuki."
"Huh? What do you mean?" Shizu asked, genuinely puzzled. She hadn't perceived anything alarming about her two former students.
"Well, allow me to enlighten you, Miss Observant Teacher," Rimuru sarcastically mocked, as Shizu playfully pinched his arm. "Firstly, Hinata—she was a good friend, but damn, that woman can be quite insufferable at times," he said, letting out a tired sigh. "Sometimes, she can be too stubborn and arrogant for her own good. Plus, her past and the country she serves right now only exacerbate her narrow-minded thinking. Overall, I think a lesson in humility would do her good."
"And Yuki..." Once again, Rimuru sighed, his face displaying disappointment. "That kid is smart and persistent, but ultimately, he's just a moron." Rimuru was honestly very disappointed in Yuki. When he had first met the boy, he had genuinely believed they could become good friends. However, Yuki kept annoying Rimuru with his nonsensical schemes, and in the end, he bit off more than he could chew... fucking moron.
"Anyway, forget about him," Rimuru spoke softly as he caressed Shizu's cheek gently with a reassuring hand, his thumb stroking across her soft skin. "I think I know a better way to spend our time." He stood up, closing the distance between them, and his lips locked onto hers in a passionate kiss. Their breaths mingled together as their tongues danced playfully inside each other's mouths, exploring and tasting. The sound of their kiss filled the air around them, punctuated by the occasional soft moan escaping from their lips. His free hand found its way around her waist, pulling her close against him.
His touch ignited a warmth within her that spread through her body like wildfire. She could feel it in her core, pulsing with need. Her hands clenched in his shirt as she pressed her body closer to him, craving more of everything that was happening between them.
Rimuru broke away from the kiss after what felt like an eternity, though it was probably only seconds, nipping at Shizu's bottom lip teasingly before pulling back to look into her eyes once again. "Should we...," he began huskily. "Should we head upstairs?"
