Travis pov
I woke up that morning a few hours before it was time to go. seeing that sal was asleep on my shoulder "aw.." I shifted him off so he was still laying on the couch, getting up and started making breakfast going to the fridge to get a drink, I see that there was a note from sal's father "sal, I saw your friend had to stay over, I Had to go into work on a business trip for a few days if your friend needs to stay longer he can -dad" I smiles his dad seems so sweet.. I wish my dad was like that..
Sal's pov
I woke up around 5:00 hearing shuffling? Travis wasn't on the couch
"Travis?"
Travis: "good morning sleep head"
"What time is it?"
Travis:"Almost 5:30 we still have a hour"
"Oh-"
Travis:"oh and your dad left this for you"
Travis then gave me the letter that my dad left me along with breakfast "thanks" I smiled at him. he smiled back, reading it "sal, I saw your friend had to stay over. Had to go in to work on a business trip for a few days if your friend needs to stay longer he can -dad"
"that's really nice of him letting you stay here"
Travis:" yeah.. Is it okay if we stop at my house after school so I can get some clothes?"
" yeah oh and that reminds me ill get you some clothes for you to wear today"
Travis:"yeah, and sal, thanks again for letting me stay"
"of course!"
Travis pov
Sal:" oh and thank you for making breakfast! It was really good!"
he smiled I smiled back at him
"no prob! "
He then went into his room going to get dressed and get clothes for me
I grabed sals plate washing it, I started draft into my own head thinking what my dad would think If I just stayed with sal or maybe stay with him for the time being until I could get my own apartment here.. But that would take a lot of money.. I thought and thought about it more as a muffled voice was in the distance but I ignored it
Sal's pov
"Travis?!" was he spacing out? "Travis!?" he jumped
Travis: "huh?.. -"
"you where spacing out man"
Travis:" oh-.."
"are you okay? You seem out of it"
Travis: "Yeah yeah.., just a little tired"
"Okay, here you should get ready" giving Travis the clothes he took them and when into the bathroom to get ready well waiting for him I grabed my bag and my coat
