Travis's POV
I looked out my window to see sal?! He was at my driveway he look very off, that's when I open the window and call out to him
"s-sal?! What are you doing here?..get in here.."
as I said that he looked down to his feet and went to the door. I rushed down the stairs seeing sal soaked with the rain that had started to poor.
"come on your getting soaked.."
I pulled him in getting him in the house taking the hood of his head he was silent the whole time.
"let's get you dry clothes.."
soon enough we were both up stair as sal took of his hoodie, but...he was hiding his arm, he put one of my sweaters on and sweat pants as tears started to come down his face
"h-hey.. hey"
I hugged him holding his face.
sal:"I-I'm sorry.." he said sniffing
"for what?..sally there no need to apologize.."
sal:"for all of this..I bother you every minutes we're not together..I barely know who I am without-"
"sal it's okay..even if I'm not available I alway make time for you I like you bothering me, and you don't need to know who you are as a person yet your still going through so much okay. you don't need to find out right away.."
sal:"but..you've found yourself so quick..I just don't want to hold you back.."
"your not going to hold me back sally.."
I kissed his face bring them onto my bed laying them down.
"sal..what's been going on..you been so off lately.."
sal:"everything been just bad it seems like I can't get a break.."
I moved his hair out of his face as I laid next to him
"is it because of your mask?.."
sal:"I-it's not just that.."
he sighed and I knew what was coming as he started to roll his sleeves up, I saw them. I immediately started to hug him as he started crying again sal:"I-I'm.."
"sal hunny you don't need to apologize..I know you don't do it intentionally..everything is going to okay..I'm right here.."
he then starting to cry more as he started to mumbling and whisper
sal:"I-I-m sorry..."
"sallie hunny..it happens you have nothing to be sorry for..did you clean them?"
He nodded as I held his face kissing his tears.
"how about we get you something to eat.."
I tried to smile so he would, he did but I was very faint but it was a smile back. He took his sleeve down and I brought him down stairs
sal:"isn't your mom home?.."
"no she's at therapy right now"
as I made him something to eat he just stared having the faint smile, I looked behind my back seeing him staring "what?"
Sal:"mmm..nothing"
I chuckled as he tried to look away I then placed the plate in front of him he seemed like he wanted to eat but felt no courage to.
"here.."
I then sat next to him unstraping his mask and putting it on the table as I rubbed his back.
"that better?.."
sal:"yeah..thanks" he smiled softly as he started to eat leaning his head on my shoulder.
