Chapter 1

It was a beautiful day in the town of Canterlot, the town where the Princess of Stars, Princess Sirius lived. Princess Sirius was a young alicorn princess. She was very talented from a young age. She created stars to paint the night sky and let all other ponies understand how beautiful the night could be. Everything was perfect. She lived in a beautiful town, she had an easy life, and she was a princess! However, things don't stay perfect forever.

Out of nowhere, ponies around her began to run and scream in a panic. Curious, she decided to find out what the cause was for this sudden outburst. Upon further investigation, she figured it out. It was a citizen from the city of Lucella. Lucella was a good place, a calm place, a nice city to live in. Sirius had been there once, but she would've rather stayed in Canterlot. The Lucella citizen was a white female wolf. She was wearing a blue dress and black winter boots. However, her clothes were absolutely filthy and ruined, desperately needing a deep clean and a good stitching job. Her fur was dirty and rough, looking like she hadn't cleaned herself in a while. But what was the most disturbing was the fact that her eyes were completely black except for her right pupil, which had a bright blue glow to it. Lucella citizens don't normally have eyes like that. She was also acting really aggressive. A physical type of aggression.

Sirius backed away before anything could happen to her. Then, the chaos continues. Ponies ran and yelled. Sirius ran into her home quickly and locked herself in. All she could hear from outside was screaming and pure chaos. After very long and excruciating hours, it went quiet outside. Sirius decided to peak outside. She slowly walks out of her home, but what she was met with, chilled her to the very core. The entire town was in ruins. Windows were shattered, doors had been broken down, but the most bizarre thing of all was the trails and puddles of blood scattered all over the streets and nearby buildings. It was a truly devastating and traumatizing scene to see. After glancing at everything around her, she was suddenly filled with rage. This had to have been an attack of some sort! Why would they come after them? She demanded answers, but she knew she wouldn't get them by just standing there.

With no time to waste, she ran back into her house, packing her bag with a couple water bottles, a bag of food, and a knife just in case. Then, she had an idea. She quickly wrote a letter to the princesses in Ponyville and The Crystal Empire, warning them about a potential attack from Lucella. After using her magic to send off the letter, she was off. She couldn't let this happen to her home. She needed answers. She just had to know why they had done such a thing. Filled with courage and determination, she fled Canterlot to head to Lucella.
