Sirius was drowned in her thoughts. Maybe I could've saved her... Why didn't she tell me sooner? I can't believe I've lost another friend. But she was quickly ripped from her thoughts when the train came to a sudden stop, but this didn't look like a laboratory, it was just a plain old carnival. Sirius tried to get the train started up again, but the train could only go so far. Sirius thought she could just walk or fly to the lab, but that idea was immediately put to a halt when she heard sounds coming from the carnival, and it wasn't sounds of a popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, or the sounds of children running around having fun.

Stepping into the carnival, she was immediately struck with thousands of bright lights of all kinds of colors. It was a pretty comforting sight to see, given all she had been through. She enjoyed carnivals as a young filly, but there was one thing she did not like about them. In the corner of her eyes, she was met with yet another infected Lucella citizen. And, of course, it just had to be a clown. Struck with fear, Sirius ran, not paying attention to what was in front of her. "Of course it's a clown! I hate clowns!" Sirius said before she suddenly ran into a small building. The force from it had knocked her over, knocking the air out of her. However, she had no time to writhe in pain because the clown had already caught up to her. Though it towered over her, she could clearly see the dirty blue outfit, the red puffy collar, the messed up curly blue hair, the nightmarish clown makeup and red nose, and the black eyes, but the left pupil was glowing a green color. She watched as the clown raised the huge white mallet in one hand, swinging it down with full force. Sirius ducked out of the way, but she was not able to keep her left wing safe. The mallet had hit her wing with a loud snap, the bone in her wing snapping like a twig. Sirius tried to hold back the blood curdling scream, but she could not hold back the small tears in her eyes from the pain. Her fight or flight instincts kicking in, her horn sparked with the same blue aura before the zapped the creepy clown, causing him to jolt away in pain. Seeing her opportunity, she shoved him into one of the nearby buildings, closing the door quickly and blocking it off with a nearby crate.

The pain in her now broken wing was unbearable. Sirius let out a sigh, "Stupid clown..." she said before she continued to walk around. However, she was stopped in her tracks when she noticed a small black teddy bear lying on the ground. Using her magic, she lifted it into the air, hovering it closer to her to get a closer look. The teddy was a bit dirty, but a good wash would make it look good as new. It had a blue ribbon tied around its neck, the ribbon tied into a bow pretty skillfully. It would feel wrong to leave something like that behind, so Sirius stuffed it into her bag. "Don't worry, little guy. I'll keep you safe until we find your owner... hopefully" Sirius spoke to herself, thinking about whoever the lost teddy bear could've belonged to. She also wondered how much that poor child missed their precious bear.

She was snapped out of her thoughts when she heard noises coming from a distant building. She slowly trotted over to the gray building, carefully opening the door, only to be met by two Lucella citizens, the first two ones that were together and not infected. There was a male and a female, the male had pony features, and wore a yellow shirt and khaki pants. The female had, zebra features, and she wore a beautiful purple dress and fencing hat. The zebra lady gasped before looking over to her friend. "Look, Pony. She's a survivor" said the zebra lady, to which the pony man looked at Sirius skeptically. "But she doesn't look like us. How do we know she's not infected?" The pony man asked, but the zebra lady looked at him with annoyance. "She's a pony from Equestria. She's a different kind of pony" the zebra lady said with annoyance to her friend before turning to Sirius, chuckling nervously. "Excuse him. He doesn't get around much" the zebra lady apologized to Sirius, which caused the pony guy to roll his eyes. "My name is Zizzy, and this is my friend Pony" the zebra lady introduced, her voice polite and gentle. Sirius smiled, "It's a pleasure to meet you! My name is Princess Sirius, but you can call me Sirius" replied Sirius politely. Pony's eyes widened, "A princess? Well, this just got a whole lot more interesting" he said, looking to the side. Zizzy groaned in annoyance before looking at Sirius. "It's not safe here. Come with us! We can take you to our safe place" said Zizzy, inviting Sirius over with a wave of her hand. Sirius felt safe with these two, so she was quick to accept the offer.
