If it was possible Choi Han's expression worsened, immediately understanding the situation. Little Rok Soo was terrified of being scolded by his uncle on earth. He should have killed this guy in the test.

"Rok Soo, listen to me. You're not going back to your uncle. You will stay with us here. We are your family now." Choi han wanted to cry when Cale looked at him hopefully, despite them being strangers to him. So bright that he could see the innocence of a child through the eyes of an adult.

"But..." He was still a little suspicious, despite his hope for the truth. Adults are often liars and cannot be trusted.

"No, you stay with us. Your uncle entrusted us with your safety." Choi han had a hard time lying to his friend but he had to make him understand the truth here so that he wouldn't run away and get hurt.

"An explanation perhaps?" Alberu spoke carefully.

Choi Han turned back to Alberu and Rok Soo hid behind the swordsman. In other circumstances, a grown man hiding like that might have been funny, but he had a hard time laughing with all the trouble they were having.

"Rok Soo, this is Alberu your..."

"Your Hyung!" Alberu quickly spoke.

" Hello." The words were hesitant, far from Cale's usual.

"How are we going to explain this to others?" Alberu had the same thoughts as Choi han. Normally Cale is good at lying or playing a role but they are faced with his 8 year old self, broken by life.

And they themselves won't be able to lie for very long before everyone starts to have doubts, if that isn't already the case.

For them the best thing would be to tell the truth but not completely, that's still Cale's secret.

"I think we have no choice." Both Choi Han and Alberu sighed at this but knew it was true.

" Good." Alberu left, gather everyone in the living room Choi han stayed with Cale.

"I'll introduce you to our family, don't worry. They are all very nice." Choi han showed a smile to comfort the child in front of him.

Rok Soo grabbed the swordsman's outstretched hand, not very reassured, but he accepted it all the same. He knew that nothing was good when he disobeyed an adult.

They returned to the large room, Rok Soo looked around completely amazed.

Alberu was quickly able to catch everyone, Ron and Eruhaben were relieved to see their young master safe and sound but his attitude was strange.

Once Choi han and Cale entered the room. The young master hid behind the swordsman, they looked at Choi han questioningly.

"The gods have intervened again and he can understand us and speak our language but now he thinks he is 8 years old. They played with these memories again. But this is... a bit complicated... please don't ask any questions..." He seemed a little desperate, that's because he was. He didn't want to betray Cale's trust and with these actions he thinks he's already doing it...

"His name is Rok Soo and he's 8 years old, gently. Life was not easy for him." Choi han pulled a scared Cale in front of him to introduce him. He could see the questioning looks widen after he called him by his old Korean name.

"Why this name? " Eruhaben asked the swordsman in confusion.

"I can't answer that."

Eruhaben sighed but agreed, and approached Cale who didn't want to meet his gaze.

"Hello, my name is Eruhaben. I am an ancient dragon." He gently introduced himself to the fearful person in front of him, he thought he had done it too many times lately...

"Dragon?" It was Cale's turn to look at him strangely.

"Like in fairy tales? The look was still suspicious but there was a point of wonder.

"What are the fairies doing here?" Eruhaben asked, both Choi han and Alberu grimaced at this. This childish version of Cale is going to be difficult to deal with with his secret. Just this innocent conversation made their heads hurt.
