Ever since their almost kiss, things have been a bit more tense. And the team could tell. Derek had been trying to get Spencer to talk but Spencer was stubborn. And ALL of the girls had been secretly meeting in Garcias lair to try to get Mariana to talk. And, in true Rossi fashion, he gossiped with Hotch to see if he knew anything.
When the two would leave together like every other day, the team gossiped. Who would've thought the FBI held the world's biggest gossips.
The team watches Spencer and Mariana walk out of the BAU's glass doors. "Fifty bucks they're hooking up." Morgan says. Garcia gasps. "Reid hooking up? No way." JJ says. "Fifty bucks they're going to hook up in... I'd say, about two weeks." Garcia says. "Fifty bucks they start dating in three months." Emily says. "Fifty bucks they start dating in a month." JJ says.
Rossi and Hotch walk down the stairs, having been listening to the conversation the whole time. "Fifty bucks they start dating in three weeks." Hotch says. The team looks at him surprised. Then, they look at Rossi. "Fifty bucks they're together by the end of this week. Hooking up or dating." He says.
JJ runs up to her office to grab an envelope to put the money in. They all put in their fifties, equaling a grand total of three-hundred dollars. Emily writes down everyone's predictions and they leave it in Hotch's office. "Whoever wins gets all the money and the leftovers from Rossi's!" Emily says.

"Hey, mommy?" Emilia asks her mom. Mariana swallows the food she was chewing. "Yes, Emy?" She asks. "Is Spencer gonna be my new daddy?"
Mariana almost spits out the water she was drinking. "Oh honey. Spencer is just mommy's friend. I'm happy you think of him that way. Spencer is very nice to you." Mariana says, wishing the words coming out of her mouth were more along the lines of: 'Oh yes, Spencer is your daddy and I call him that too.' But, that would be inappropriate.
"Spencer is very nice. He's also a very pretty princess." Emilia giggles. Mariana laughs with her. "Indeed he is." Mariana says.
